Great place in Ottawa! Kind, quiet and relaxing! Very affordable!

Good location. close to parliament hill. clean and good size room. smal indoot swimming pool and it will do for young kids

Friendly and accommodating. My parents were more at ease because they had staff that spoke their language so it made communicating questions about the area and attractions much easier. We only parked there in the underground lot and yet all the staff were very helpful and ready to answer any questions with a smile.

Nice size room with a pull out sofa. Great view from our side looking out to the museum and water. The washroom was a little tight. I'd stay here again.

The rooms are clean and the management makes sure you have what you need and that no one bothers you.

Excellent hotel, very clean and spacious. Good downtown location. Staff was friendly and it was relatively quiet given its in a residential building. Would recommend.

Clean, comfortable, great customer service. My request for an early check-in was met, which delighted me. I also appreciated the express check-out experience. It's close to plenty of sights to see and plenty of restaurants. I would stay here again!

Food is awesome and very reasonably priced. Fish fry is my favorite! Only $11 all you can eat fish and they are big fillets every friday.

Nice, big and comfortable room, mostly clean. Breakfast was included, not much of variety of food, but pretty decent (bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, fruits). When I was there, outdoor parking was not available, so I had to choose underground parking and were charged fully priced. Very polite and professional staff. Convinient location.

Nice small rooms. Cheap compared to the other hotels in the area. Close to parliament Hill and byward market. Bathroom is tiny and bathroom door wouldn't close. No fridge in room to keep food or drinks cool.

Stayed at this Hotel on our way back from Old Quebec. The room was very spacious bed was comfortable some of the staff were helpful, however on our arrival we were offered a upgrade to the 10th floor facing the park & were told that the changing of the guards parade would pass by at 10 the next morning for a extra charge so we thought sure why not. Got up went for breakfast returned in plenty of time to see the parade from our room and nothing I am sure we paid extra for the room to see the parade but nothing & then the housekeeping staff kept knocking to see when we were leaving so they could clean even though checkout was not till 12 so after the 3rd time of housekeeping asking when we were leaving we left our drinks & pastries and left feel like we were scammed just to pay extra for nothing

The Inn was very clean and the personnel was very friendly. The room was well arranged and they provided a mini fridge, television, air conditioning and all the necessary toiletries. I would definitely recommend this location for an overnight stay.
