Helpful staff during check-in and throughout the 2-night stay. Lobby, hallway and exterior are undergoing renovations and updating, the updated room looked much better. More working luggage carts are needed (there are few and are often left in the hallways by other guests). No breakfast included which is unusual for a Best Western Plus. Location was convenient to central city museums, parliament, etc. Recommend using the river road (few traffic lights, no commercial trucks allowed). Tip: Imparq Parking garages are free during weekends! There is public transportation buses running from the hotel to center city. I would consider staying again if visiting Ottawa.

I've been coming here for about 25 years. It is amazing on all fronts; view, price, fun, management, etc.

Good bedroom size, clean and good complementary breakfast. The bathroom needs to be improve

Dont bother going to Sudbury if youre only passing through, this place have HUGE rooms and 2 queen size beds plus a "pull-out" sofa bed, very Affordable without needing to use a CREDIT CARD

For a cheap motel it's decent. Staff is friendly. A.c. / heat . Definitely quiet .

It's a good place to stay at and its close to a lot of stores and restaurants and the people who work there are friendly but just a little problem with the internet connection

Beautifully renovated inn with spectacular views of the harbor and dawn and dusk. Immaculate rooms and very comfortable beds. Hotel and restaurant staff very friendly.

Very nice and clean. Price is very reasonable also. Only comment is that I would have liked to have bigger pillows.

Stayed here for 2 hrs on 4-8-18 rm #14. Owner patel. Mgr jon. I mentioned to jon that day b4 arriving. Better not be bed bugs/roaches. He said "ohh no" arrived 1am by 3am....BED BUGS GALORE ON PILLOW, AND BED...ON WALLS. THEN SEEN A ROACH BY THE DRESSER ON MY PANTS. NEEDLESS TO SAY. I LEFT PAID FOR SUPER 8 MOTEL. AND THEY WERE GONNA RENT ME A WEEKLY ROOM FOR $200. HAHA..NOT FOR FREE!!! I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH INSPECTOR. THIS PLACE AUGHTA BE SHUT DOWN. PERIOD. JUST SICKEST MOTEL I EVER BEEN IN

Fantastic rooms. Always clean. Everything works and is stocked appropriately. Good climate control and most of all awesome staff. If you have a flight that is earlier than they start serving breakfast they have tl go bags of food for you to enjoy. Great place.
