The location was amazing everything is so close Timmies shoppers bayshore mall and a ton of restaurants 10 min to downtown and services was great rooms were clean bus stop right in front of the motel

Very friendly staff ! Room was cute, inexpensive and very clean, bbq access was convenient and loved having beach nearby!

I'm not really sure where to start. I will have to agree with the other reviewer who said that you should only stay here if you are short on cash and need somewhere to go. I know it's cheap, but I think aside from the sheets, sink, and toilet, it would be cleaner to sleep outside. The floors looked they had been swept, right into the corners of the room. The carpet was dark and the walls stucco, a definite pro because it hid most of the dirt from plain sight. Everything had stains, the grout in the bathroom varied from light grey to black. There was a definite "essence" in the air; cigarette smoke with a hint of la lechuga diablo. Opening the window does help until your neighbor opens theirs because they are hotboxing too hard. You can't even run the A/C because it reeks of smoke. The walls are also paper thin, so I had to listen to some people go at it and someone play an instrument until after 3 am. After voicing my complaints to the last at the front desk, she started backpedaling saying, "I think you can be happy here." I asked for a refund.

I really liked our little unit. 5 star people need not apply. If you like clean and comfy this is for you. Great service too!

Stayed fro two days. Awesome hosts. Home cooked breakfast and unlike other hotels they served breakfast till 11am, whereas other hotels just wrap up the breakfast generally by 9am. Would have given 5 stars if the bed was little more comfortable.

Reasonably priced lodging in a quiet area. Close to restaurant and convenience store.

Pretty nice, besides the homeless woman that came in in the morning and fingered all the food. They don't watch the front door and the neighborhood is TERRIFYING. I went to my car late at night and came back in with no card, nobody at the desk. F*** that!!!

Holes in comforter, unidentifiable substance in bath tub. Interesting place. Quiet. Affordable.

Love love love. We had rented another cottage and it was horrible. So we went to check cottages around and saw this one. Gen the the manager greeted us immediately. She showed us around and was amazing. We told her we were going to get a refund on our other cottage and come here. The place was beautiful and clean. The staff was amazing. Always up to help or ask if we needed anything. Customer service is A+ at this place.

It's a student residence for st.paul university. Very clean rooms and quiet as it is summer time. A bit far from parliament (40 min walk) but pretty well positioned otherwise. Rooms had ample room and private bedrooms offering more comfort and convenience than most hotels around the same price range. Would recommend

The rooms are never cleaned someone is always asking for rides and all hours of the night someone knock on your door and Window and they never fix anything but it cheap place if you have no where to get get you out the cold and the hot water take for ever to get warm
