Very clean, comfort and rate friendly place. Even staff was so helpful and Tim Hortt at door. . .lol I would like to stay again and recommended. Great place. ☺☺☺

Clean and convenient place. Friendly owner and nice staffs. There is free Wi-Fi. We did enjoy the complementary "real" breakfast in the sport bar, although there only two/three choices. Had a nice chat with the Chef.

It was my first time at the motel and everything was okay, nice and clean. The guy behind the front desk was friendly to us. for sure i will come back again.

Nice, clean hotel with a bit too high rate. Good free hot breakfast and overall good service. Located in a remote area of the city but for a transit visit on the way to Timmins was pretty good. Internet access and cable TV was very good and fast speed.

Just gorgeous and spotless. It has everything you need + so much more for your convenience and comfort. A gem!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staffs were friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and full of variety of choices. If your room is on the ground level, the parked cars are right outside of your window. It may not be comfortable for everyone. The hallways' noise can be loud as we heard people walked by and talking loudly at 11pm at night. The location is great because it is walking distance from downtown Sudbury. But there's no side walk or crossing until much further. So walking around was inconvenient and somewhat dangerous.

Located in downtown Sudbury. Close to the shopping mall. Rooms are clean. A little dated. Continental breakfast was good.

Amazing stay each time I visit. Great to stay at a place that knows me by my first name. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great staff and that amazing food in the restaurant! Never disappointed and will keep returning recommending to all!

Great place for a quick haircut and a shave.

There for a seminar. Fresh coffee and snacks in the morning were provided. Room was spacious for the workshop portion. Staff was very responsive and pleasent.

The hot tub was literally lile ice because an apparent breaker issue, however the breakfast was good and service was with a smile. Modern and efficient

Nice location, beautiful big size pool. The restaurant was nice and the food was deliciously fresh. Definitely better than other places where all you get is warmed up frozen food. The chef was accommodating and looked after the party's needs.

As usual great stay. Great rooms and always great service. Gastro 42 is great also.
