The room smell like cigars. The room didn't look clean. You can hear teenager laughing outside the door. The property is right there in the open.. Lights not bright and tv is old af.

Very good motel with all facilities. Price is affordable. All rooms is neat and clean. Also all the convenience store available nearly.

This place was fine. The room smelled a little musty but it was otherwise clean. A cheap place to lay your head at night.

Very nice owner. No frills motel, very clean and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. No wifi but the bed makes up for it.

Came from Chicago and stopped over for the night heading back to Toronto, and this place was just perfect! STAFF - really accommodating, smiley, helpful, and was just awesome! Special shout out to Anthony who checked us in. PLACE - I was bringing my puppy with us, and they didnt have any problems about it. The rooms were clean and the facilities were quite convenient BREAKFAST - They had breakfast i think was from 7 to 10 and was just delicious. Would definitely check in here if ever am in the area. Super happy!

Had everything you need for your basic overnight stay. Clean room, decently roomy, looks recently renovated.

Clean, easy late checkin. No coffee pot. But a nice stay.

The room was ok. booked it because of kiddie pool. hot tub and slide. The pool was good but the kiddie pool was freezing and hot tub was shut down for cleaning:(

Clean room and clean bathroom, very important for us. Location is convenient,while many retailers within a walking distance. We would return if we come to Sudbury again.

Kudos to front desk women... awesome service and caring.! The bar is the heartbeat with Lori, Cody,And Lyn..all the best of the best.. genuine great service.. Food is limited and over priced.. we go back and stay, because of the bar staff

We went to Windsor during the long weekend for silver bass fishing. It was really nice that hotel had ample parking for our boat. The rooms were very well maintained and we all had very comfortable stay.

Very clean, comfortable and friendly

A fantastic, quiet place with different sized cabins to accommodate whatever your needs are. The cabins are very close to the water and there is lots of room for children to play, and there is even some play equipment. Shan is very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time here and will definitely be back again.

Wonderful polite front desk staff. They offer clean updated rooms, modern bathroom and shower. Bring your own iron, their irons and ironing boards are very old, beat up and leak rusty water on your cloths. New TV’s mind you. Centrally located in the city. Lots of parking in the rear & dining close by.

It isnt the Ritz but its a clean place to rest and reset. Affordable and ideal for long term stays.
