Great place to partay hard

A nice lobby area and very friendly customer service. My experience was so good and the best.

Seems very newly renovated. My room was very modern and nice. Neat chaise with a swinging table. Perfect for lounging with a laptop or book. Great restaurants right across the street. Lots more in waking distance.

Its great for the price and location. Alot of places deliver to the area and most importantly no bed bugs

Rooms are a bit run down, could use a refresh. Overall decent for the price. Service was very good and friendly.

The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in, location was convenient for us as we traveled from Winnipeg to Toronto, it was too close to HWY. The guy on front desk was great. The Motel doesn't charge for a pet and it is even written on the web-site.

We arrived for Bluesfest to a newly renovated room. Very nice but there was no furniture except a desk char. No couch table or chair so...nowhere to sit. We were there for some seriously needed R&R but construction noise stated in the early morning so no sleeping in. The main entrance was clean and inviting but the entertance from the parking area was atrocious. There was an overflowing garbage can and cigarette butts and spilled liquid everywhere right at the doorway. Both nights we went out at 5pm and going to our vehicle we encontered the construction workers from the hotel sitting at a picnic table drinking beer and spewing vulgarities. When getting into our car we noticed the truck beside us had 4 workers inside smoking pot. The day we left at noon there were again 2 guys smoking pot right there at the picnic table. We shook our heads and he just yelled at us that it was legal... Really??? We have stayed here many times but will not return. The manager of this company doing this renovation needs to be held accountable for his crews deplorable behavior ( never mind the fact that they are working while impaired) and I hope the Sunbridge hotel does something about this

I cannot think anyone with stardards would give this place a higher rating than a 2, for location. This place is dirty, noisy, Not secure, staff are rude and extremely unorganized. Mattresses on the stairs, dirty towels, no wifi, stained carpets, etc. Not worth the extra $ saved. Go to a proper hotel.

I was here last on September 9, 2017, and was asked to leave after paying $100 for two days rent, the manager saw me and said check out tomorrow. I had to scramble to find another place, HOW RUDE!! PS: That's my photo in the room photos.

We are currently residing in a 'temporary' location due to a fire in our own apartment building elsewhere in the city. To be sure, we probably could not have afforded to stay long here if insurance wasn't paying for it.....but what a place! First off, we have not heard an unkind word from staff, other residents or visitors.... The building is in pristine, clean condition and the air conditioning is perfect! There are many resident dogs....all friendly and looking for an ear scratch or cuddle .... often in the elevator! The only slight negative is the elevators have caused some problems from time to time, but are always fixed promptly! Indoor parking is a blessing and very secure. My wife and I have no problem recommending this William's Court location to those visiting from out of town, or in a similar situation to us. The location is great, as it is close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants....and COSTCO! Living here has, and is, a real blessing to us at this time!

Latricia was extremely nice and helpful in the dining area. Staff was pleasant and great location to everything. Rooms could have been a little bigger but overall, no complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Decent place. Nothing glamorous but does the job at a reasonable price. Staff helpful. Comfortable beds.

Solid hotel. The hotel itself has been renovated and you can see areas where the past still shows itself. The pool is not the best, but not horrible. The breakfast crew and staff are AMAZING! The beds are ok, the climate control for the rooms is decent. The rooms I found were a touch smaller than I would have thought. Overall, solid place to stay in the downtown area.

Great hotel. Very nice and spacious suites, with fully equipped kitchen. Good free breakfast. $5 parking right across the street. Great location close to Riverside. Would definitely stay there again.

Great property! I stayed in the suite facing the river and it is worth the small upgrade. Plenty of room, phenomenal view, appointed well with a small fridge which I appreciated. I chose this hotel vs one on the US side and was happy I did. We did a 6KM walk through the gardens in front of the hotel along the water each day. My purpose was to attended a conference on the US side each day and were over each day in about 10mins including customs. Highly recommend. Note the hotel only has breakfast and no restaurant however you are next to the Keg and across the street from the Bistro so you don't have to go far. I ate at both and enjoyed the meals.

Full of black folk that only know and love the worst sin. I lived there for 14months. JESUS got me out. I can't remember how many times I was cruely, brutely robbed 14 dollars. I. No longer want to kill the people there.cam very close to it .if you are there find JEsus. Look for someone around a serious one who want out of addiction. They are there. You got to be real. Now I live in a nice town in central Michigan. Away ,far away from the hell of Detroit city.may God find you in Christ, the only way out!!!!!!!

There was construction going on. I know it's too better the place but I got this room because I just needed a quiet night. There were done now seven Wich was nice.. otherwise great room nice and freshly remodeled. Beautiful decor.

the room was very modern, clean and i felt a sense of comfort the minute i walked into the room. the staff was very welcoming and friendly; the location is also very convenient. i would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will be staying here again for sure.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast in the morning was pretty decent. My only complant was there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in my bathroom from a previous guest.
