Awesome place and employees are amazing

My stay with the Baymont was decent. Jasmine, the young lady at the front desk is the most polite and patient person I have ever met. I went with my elderly mother and Jasmine helped us take our bags up to our room and everything. Service was amazing. Only complaint is that they don’t have any working vending machines and none of the windows have an outside view from the room. The halls smelled like cigarettes the whole time but it didn’t bother us even tho they advertise as a smoke free facility.

Room was nice and clean and building was well maintained

We had camped for 3 nights previous to heading into Austin. We needed a refuge. We had never heard of Roberts RiverWalk Hotel and Residence Detroit,. We walked in & somehow got the last room available. It was too good to be true. Carrie & Cassie are the best. They each made us feel at home. Honestly it was the most comfortable I have ever felt at a small hotel. The rooms are spacious, best shower ever, & the common area is great. This place is it. All other hotels will be held against my experience at Roberts RiverWalk Hotel and Residence Detroit,. We'll be back!

Kinda old... crappy breakfast. The beds were comfy at least.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Tooms were clean but a bit small. Hotel is close many attractions and accessable by car or taxi.

A nice quiet place away from the hustle of town. A great place for contractors with a large and safe parking area for your vehicles. Rooms appear a bit dated but very clean and the staff are friendly and easy to communicate your needs to. The price is definitely right and I look forward to my next stay. Thanks

It's a nice little motel for and you can't beat the price.

I am happy to spend my in this motal . it is very nice and quite place to live and is also affordable. this family is very accommodating and treat to everyone in well way . one more think that I liked the barbique because we made food and enjoy alot.

Stayed there last Friday night. Very clean, quiet. Manager was great to work with. A gem in Ogdensburg.
