Check in was very smooth. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Would stay here again.

Good bang for the buck.

Decidedly below par, even for the price. Non-smoking room had definitely had smokers in it at some stage. It was dark and dingy, cracked hand basin. It's only saving Grace was the courtesy ban to the ball park, and the driver who was friendly and helpful.

Very quiet and serene. Bed was very cozy.

Rooms are nice -- double bed and a couch that pulls out. Had ants the first night, not sure where they came from. Place is clean, breakfast is provided, laundry on site. A couple of coffee pods are provided free alongside the Keurig, which was nice. Staff is nice and helpful. Would recommend for anyone needing a place to stay.

Nice hotel. Right downtown and close to all the attractions. Hotel is attached to the GM headquarters and showcases all the latest GM cars in the basement level. Rooms were nicely appointed and clean. Staff were very friendly. Only 4 stars because hotel is a little dated and in need of a renovation.

We were seated right away on a Sunday evening. We had great service (Namir our server) and our food was very good, (tho my biscuit and gravy was pretty dry & hard, but maybe they were leftover from breakfast, I'm sure) Great location, amazing restaurant, seems pretty well staffed.

Convenient location just off the 417 Highway, with ample parking, clean and great hospitality. Spent sometime at the restaurant Graffiti's Restaurant, the barman was so helpful and courteous. Attended an event reception. The ball room was beautiful and we'll lit.

The location was ok. I loved the pool that was there and I love the easy access to the rooms. The rooms were cute and the service was ok. They could have been a little better

The end is a beautifully restored set of homes on Ferry Street in the Museum District in Detroit. The Furnishings were gorgeous and there was a very good free breakfast in the morning. The staff was lovely and the Inn is close to public transit that runs late. My only complaint is that we couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature in the room, and the air conditioning was a little cold. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience.

We had a room upstairs, such a beautiful view on the balcony! Wind in your hair, watching kids play outside chasing the puppy and the soccer ball. Good cable tv. Great wifi, reception pretty weak upstairs but in all great! AMAZING BEDS! The food isn't so great but a blessing of the service that is provided. We made a new amazing friend who was our neighbour!

Pleasantly surprised! Hotel amenities were great! Patio with BBQ available, indoor pool with patio attached as well, breakfast area with sufficient seating. Hotel was clean, staff very pleasant & professional.

They where nice. The first room was clean the first time I went the second time the room looked clean but the burn holes in the blanket and matress, was very disturbing and a big turn off. You get what you pay for though.

It is ok. Furnishings and building dated are but it is pretty clean for such a cheap place. Unfortunately both nights we were staying there we had people staying in the room beside us and they both had very loud arguments break out. There was no one at the front desk to call to deal with them, since they do not employ someone over night, and I did not want the hassle of calling the police since it did not sound like violent arguments just incredibly loud and inconsiderate considering it was 2am and 5am. It was two different sets of people staying in the room both nights. Will probably stay there again if I need something super cheap but only if it is my only option.

Quiet is very quiet

Not worth your hard earn money renting a room for a week it had to switch four times now in room with really bad ant problem.

My wife and I stayed at the Windsor location. There were lots of parking spots available. We were greeted very graciously by the manager who promptly checked us in and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean and smelled nice. Everything was in its place ready for us to use. We will definitely be back again!
