We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Sycamore House! The place is run by two very friendly ladies, is comfortable and very clean and it has a beautiful garden with a waterfront pavilion! The breakfast was excellent and the price is very fair for what you get! I would definitely stay here again and I can recommend it to anybody looking for a B&B in the Kingsville and Leamington area!
