Good luck on getting breakfast they only put out small cups of waffle dough only put maybe 8 cups out .the bagels are old ,no eggs. I went down there at 7 am they did not have any out front or in back. Went down another day at 8 am none .first room bed was old and looked like a elephant sat in the middle .had to scrub the bathtub myself it was black. Asked housekeeper to sweep she handed me the vaccume. Three days later I was told I had to move because my bathtub was leaking into a room downstairs .went and saw it myself ceiling was like a rain shower just pouring thru .found a new room for me .much better locks and doors still bit safe in either .I put a chair under the door handle to prevent any one coming in.The maintenance man is too quality as for service for patrons .he replaced my air conditioner other one was not working .and brought me a chair that was supposed to be in the room .helped me move my things also. above and beyond .there was blood on my sheet I had to wait all day to get my sheets replaced. Had to scrub yet another bathroom and tub it was black had never been cleaned .Couple of really shady Arabic guys bringing young girls and trading them off to a black man on the backside of the building .wonder if that is human trafficking .other than that no bugs ,and quiet not as noisy as the holiday inn. Can actually get a good nights rest.Certainly way to high a price for the non quality .towels are old and dirty .bathrooms disgusting .

Dump with terrible employees

Do not recommend anyone this motel. My husband and I were bitten up by bed bugs there. The room was very smelly. The owner refused to show the room saying it is occupied and would be available at noon asking for deposit. So, we did pay deposit and slept there one night. But we realized that we had bitten up after we abounded that motel. This old school motel doesn’t worse even one star.

Lights in bedroom didn't work. Breakfast buffet was overpriced for selection. Overall good stay staff was friendly.

Super happy with this place. Clean, very friendly staff, the breakfast buffet was some of the best breakfast food I've had. Even Better than Cracker barrel & Bob Evan's breakfast. Super impressed. Nothing like typical nasty buffet food. Pool is awesome.

The owners are nice people , basic motel for 65$.

Great value for money. Very-very-very clean. Spotless! Don't be deceived by the exterior look of a 30y.o. condo. Albert at the Bay offers spacious suites with family room, breakfast area, fully equipped kitchenette, bedroom and two washrooms. Everything is nice, neat, very clean and in proper order. Great service. 15 minutes walking distancefrom the parliament. Highly recommend!

The staff are extremely helpful and resourceful! I highly recommend this hotel. Will was very generous, gave me a voucher for breakfast which was awesome.

A wonderful, relaxing experience. The house is historical and well appointed. Shana, the owner, is charming, welcoming and her culinary abilities are exceptional. A real gem!

Always a great place to stay. Staff is always very friendly, professional and happy to make your stay pleasant. I stay here a couple times a year.

Good value for a decent sized room. Looks sketchy from the outside, but room was clean and comfy.

Stayed overnight during my family trip to Ottawa on a recommendation from a family member, and it did not disappoint. The staff at Les Suites Victoria were very helpful and friendly. The accommodations were great! Rooms were very clean, comfortable and modern and almost felt like home. Hotel is very close to major tourist sites as well as amenities. Cafe Moca Loca next door to the hotel is also a gem. Delicious breakfast and very friendly and welcoming staff! Would definitely stay here again.

The lobby is beautiful, room is clean, big, very updated. This has a more upscale feel with a cheaper price. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms are pretty nice looking and roomy but they only have 30 channels on TV! No "guide" or anything, just have to flip through channels... my neighbors have dogs (pet friendly) and they bark up a storm. Both came out of the room, one large Rottweiler type, neither on a leash and barking at me. My whole room reeks of fresh dog poop and I can only assume it's coming from the next door neighbor. The pool is empty, which I didn't know until I paid for my room... It definitely isn't worth the $65 I paid for the night. The staff seems quite nice and respectful but that doesn't make up for the other losses. It's summer so I wanted to swim, one of the dials on my air unit is missing and the air keeps shutting off. Last but not least, my refrigerator looks like it's on the highest setting but it isn't cold at all. I honestly wish I would've known all of this before paying because I would've gladly went to another hotel.

A great place to stay in the heart of Wakefield village. An older but well-constructed building constructed by European craftsmen in the Tyrolean style. Lovely porches on the second floor, set well back from the road and away from traffic. Near the river, general store, Turntable Park and Vorlage ski hill, all at reasonable cost.
