Beautiful victorian building. Reasonable price and privacy.

I was not there for long but the place is clean and the rooms are decently nice. I had nothing to complain about during my visit. Location is in the heart of downtown and easy to find.

Friendly service, comfortable bed and close to amenities. Stayed here a couple times now and same great service everytime.

Awesome place to stay. Just like reliving your stay at your college dorm. Clean and quiet with multiple bedrooms and a kitchen. Lots of room. Great for familys. A real homey place.

What a dump. Door closure broken, Smoke Alarm had a damn sandwich bag over it but it looked like it was old and had no battery anyway. They had an 1/8 of a roll of toilet paper in the holder. The Mini Fridge and Microwave had to use the same outlet but only the bottom half worked so to use the microwave you had to unplug the Mini Fridge and set the microwave on a chair so the cord would reach. Was there on a date and was glad they suggested we stop there so I couldn't be blamed for picking such a dump. Your better off spending more money and go to a better place unless it's just a one night stand, then this place beats Motel 6, but it's still a dump.

Canada Day weekend. Car vandalized and items stolen while parked in the garage. No security present on Monday because of holiday. The desk staff and maintenance were polite and helpful. Someone smoking in the hallway outside our room the first night. The other two nights were quiet. OK room. Awkward shower handle sprayer. Good location.

Clean place

Better than I expected. Room was clean, location is amazing. Staff at front desk were very friendly and extremely helpful. Women who checked us in was great with our kids, gave them some giveaways.

Love this place!? Whenever I'm in town I always stop in here I can always find a clean room and a comfortable place to lay my head love this place! Five stars

wouldn't take me without a credit card I am not happy. now I'm stuck what is wrong with people. wouldn't go here if I dying idiotswas

Friendly staff, great people and clean atmosphere. Bathrooms are great and the rooms have wall outlets by the bed and lights!

I have stayed there many times over the last year when in town and always a good experience with friendly counter people and large rooms in both the standard and Deluxe king bed rooms, large work/eating desk in the deluxe king room and always clean and no issues. Have weekly rates for contractors on job assignment in the area

Rooms appear to be recently renovated. Beds very comfortable.

Listed as 2 star but closer to 3 or 3.5 star. There's are suites on floors 2-4 and motel style rooms on floor 1, so know what you're getting into. We stayed in the suites with a view of Rideau Rd. Hotel is 10-15 min walk from Parliament Hill and associated attractions (including Byward Market), so super convenient to leave the car behind and explore the core without worrying about parking. Room itself was spacious and clean. We had a double Queen and with three adults and one child (age 6) we never felt cramped. Room was kept meticulously clean. Staff overall were friendly and knowledgeable. We would recommend this hotel for those looking for a nice enough spot to sleep that is close to the action!

Very nice employee's. Coffee was very good. No breakfest offered. No refrigerator or micro wave in room. Quality of room. Not very good. Urine smell and loud a/c.

Downtown Ottawa Econolodge needs a lot of improvement. Carpets and walls are old. Even spiderwebs on the ceiling are evident. Airconditioner and "closet" really needs an update. Only 1 thing I'm satisfied is the receptionist. Wilson is helpful with everything including tourists attractions info. He's nice and has nothing to complain about.

This motel is great, everything you can ask for in a motel. I would recomend it to anyone.

Didn't go to motel room but I did look at the beautiful metal work they have in front and I must say I'm impressed with the work
