Hotel/Motel

Beautiful, clean home. Beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet, perfect room temperature and the hostess/host are extremely engaging and welcoming. This was our second visit and we plan to return.

Quiet hotel. Hotel feels old, needs new interior decor. Washroom was clean. Stains were found on the wall. Service was good. Room cleaning attendant entered the room to clean up even when the "do not disturb" sign was placed outside the door. It was probably a mistake but was nice enough to leave a note. Breakfast was okay. Service was excellent. Nice humble staff.

When we were travelling, we went to this hotel, and I loved the days I stayed there. The rooms are very modern and clean, the pool is decent, and the buffet has a lot of food :) Very friendly service, and overall, a great hotel!

My brother stayed here visiting me while I got surgery I came the night before and hang out with him there and it was very nice the room seemed really clean they had a fridge in them which is awesome and the TVs were updated plenty of towels and overall just seemed really comfortable

The stay was good, but a major complaint was there was no elevator. The diner was alright nothing special. Everything else was great.

Rooms are really nice, king sized bed. Has a flat screen TV (I didn't use it). Staff who gave me the room was super nice. Water was hot in shower.

I love this hideaway retreat for me and my hubby! It's secluded laid back in the wooded territory of Brownstown Mi ! Not to mention it very affordable for moderate income! Always very pleasant staff!

Really really surprisingly nice hotel. Way more than I would have expected.

You get what you pay for. Basic, no fuss accomodations. The air con was a little loud. Ample parking. Easy to find off the highway. Lots of food places nearby.

This place is nice for what it is. Its being repaired by new owners very rapidly. They offer breakfast and employees are hard working and take care of you quickly. Excellent place to stay if you have kids or not.

Rooms need an update. Only had 2 smaller towels. Cheap but get you what you pay for. Wasn't bad for a quick over night.

Checked in from 07/2018- 07/2018 Dirty Rooms 1air did not work 2 hair in beds 3 shower curtain filthy 4phone in room broken owner rude beyond belief! 5 Belittling veteran from owner. 06 Told by staff of bed bugs. 07discriminatory practices -putting minorities in back of hotel terrible experience beware!!! Disabled VETERAN Beware Beware!!!!

They provide shuttle service to airport and it is a quick drive. The hotel is older, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. They also provide breakfast. There is room service that you could order as well. Overall a pleasant experience.

Location is convenient to access multiple locations around Ottawa..working overnights so quiet, dark, rooms are a must and are provided, clean enough, nothing fancy, upgrade to tvs would be nice but they donappear to have plenty of renovations apparently due to fire so I'm sure any major upgrades are put on hold

What can I say? The staff was incredibly friendly and honestly made our stay amazing. No matter who I talked to, they we're sweet and caring. Though we slept in an missed the breakfast, our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool/hot tub we're great.
