Great location, right downtown. Excellent service and good rooms.

Floors were sticky, I wore my sandals the entire time. I was in a suite and the extra space was very nice, but the floors were sticky and the comforters did not look to be too clean. AC units were very quiet which was a big plus. Staff was very friendly. Ultimately I don't think I will be returning dispite the lower cost of the room.

This is the motel in the Soo that your mother would love. Each room is decorated in a modern twist on the 80s, brass Chandler over the table and stencils on the wall. Very clean and comfortable. And nice on the outside as well.

We stayed here 1 night. Clean room, looks like they maybe be updated. The floors are wood look laminate. Small bath but will work if your just here to sleep and shower.

Very clean rooms and extremely friendly staff. The best value for sure. I will stay here every time I come to town.

We were very pleased with our stay at Best Western . The hotel staff was excellent, our rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet had a large assortment of hot and cold food. It was a quiet three night stay, and appreciated help when I asked for it. Highly recommend this motel

Do not stay here! My family had a few rooms on reserve for my upcoming wedding, everything was all set up. What do I find out today? The owner cancelled all our reservations to book a construction company! No wonder the tourism industry is dying out in the Soo! With terrible owners with terrible business practices like this, of course no one wants to stay! Here I thought everything was set up for my wedding, and two days before, we have all our rooms cancelled. This is a slimy, disgusting practice and I can see why this motel has never really had any business! I've lived down the road from them for many years, and never really knew why they weren't busy, but I guess this explains it all. I hope everyone sees this review and avoids this place.

Nice, quiet hotel. Short drive to the locks. Currently under renovation. Breakfast was good, room was clean.

Disgusting, dirty, smelly dump! Seen my room and immediately requested a refund, refused to refund and was forced to stay (because the force you to pay up front) . Wifi is slower than dialup, can't even get any work done. Absolutely disaster!!!! DO NOT STAY!!!!!

Nice hotel. Friendly service. Reported that the lamp switch was broken and it was resolved quickly. The tub wall is wide and difficult to step over to get in and out if the tub if you have any mobility issues.
