I would give more stars but see why i removed 2 stars Pro: Very clean and most importantly you don't have to bring them the key back and there is no deposit, you can just drop keys it in box, which is great idea. The Black Lady at the counter is very friendly also there is I guess a Latina lady doing room attendant who is very nice too we need more place like this. Con: If you want a non smoker room they charge you more, Why should you charge a guest who is non smoker more? Please stop doing this because you will end up loosing customers like me, who find this unacceptable. You should charge more to the smokers who are giving you more work cleaning the bad smells or please stop discrimating "" Smokers or non smokers and start charging the same amount to every one.

Was clean and well kept

In all fairness this hotel is going through renos but I think once finished it will be a lovely spot. It's almost there. Great location and great price. nice rooms. I am not A fan of using paper plates and plastic forks for my breakfast buffet. And my key card doesn't work half the time to open the pool area.

Spacious, clean rooms with large TV with excellent choice of channels. Fully renovated. Friendly helpful staff. Stayed twice and will stay here again anytime we need motel in Sault Ste. Marie.

Places is under Renovations but it was fine and staff was very friendly room was clean room was reasonably priced hope they keep it that way breakfast was Continental it was lacking could have been better with some fruit and yogurt

The owner and his wife went above and beyond to assist me when I needed some assistance. We were a long way from home and their kindness is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!!! I definitely recommend this motel.

Place is clean and very accommodating staff. Easy access to groceries and restaurants and even car lots if you want to go shopping

Stayed in a beautifully renovated large and comfortable room in this hotel. Excellent location in a quaint neighborhood of Montreal. The staff was very nice and professional. Also enjoyed an excellent breakfast in it's small café.

The room was very clean and the owners very sweet. If it wasn't for Hans' directions I would have been lost. They have wifi and a DVD player, so bring movies. No cable. Try the water!

Located just outside the downtown Sault Ste Marie, MI area is this beautiful little hotel that, built in the 40's harkens back to the automobile boom of the post war era. Rooms are spacious with cable, a/c and up to 3 beds. Conviently located just minutes from the Locks and shopping.

As always, we loved our stay. The room was great, the pool and hot tub were great for the kids, and breakfast really hit the spot. That's why we keep coming back!

Horrible. Overpriced for what we got. The room smelled like feet, there was only 3 towels in the room when I had booked a room for 2 adults and 3 kids, there was no information on the area, channel listing for the t.v. or an alarm clock in the room. We stayed 2 nights and had to ask for more towels twice and when we came back after doing stuff around town housekeeping had left our door open! Luckily nothing was missing but very unprofessional. Will never stay here again.
