The common areas of the hotel were very nice. Great place to stay to catch a flight out of Trudeau airport. Had a few issues with the condition of the room we were staying in but have been assured it will be taken out of circulation until the problems are fixed.

Nice quiet clean place to stay. Great rates good continental breakfast in the morning staff is friendly. Beds are comfy

This place is a cheap place if you don't have a choice of motels to go to especially late at night as we did next time we will go somewhere else wasn't too keen on staying there..

Good place to sleep, nice and quiet. Simple room amenities but spacious room. Good location that's near the airport.

Hotel was nice & staff was very helpful and accommodating .. hotel rooms are beautiful depending on what kind you booked , pool and spa is beautiful, beautiful view of river , the only downside is housekeeping, they’re slow and they don’t make rooms ready on right time so make sure to call them to make sure they give you kind of room you booked ..

We stayed for one night. The room wasn't clean. The hotel needs to be updated. For the price you could find better in the same area. Other thing, we reserved a Queen bed bedroom and we got 2 double s. They said to us that the hotel was full and not other room was available

Complimentary airport shuttle with our stay was handy. Staff were friendly at the front desk. The hotel is very dated and needs repair. The parking was complete mayhem. We got one of the last spots. Cars were completely snowed in and it was hard to navigate. Served its purpose for our trip down south.

We stayed at New Years at this hotel for 6 nights! We loved it 👍 for a 2.5 stars hotel it is equivalent to 3.5 stars. Very clean , friendly and everything is so great. We decided to visit Laval again this July from Vancouver, we rebooked the same hotel for 4 nights ! Again I will give them 5 stars for their exceptional hospitality! The gentleman at the front desk is awesome! Bravo 👏! He even remembered us when we entered the hotel . All I have to say , Thank you for a great leadership owners and managers. I will definitely stay again next time visiting Laval . As I said in the previous review! This hotel is much better than Sheraton which is located 2 klm away. Thank you again 👍

You get what you pay for. My room wasn't ready when I got there, they were just getting it ready, and that's fine, things can happen I guess. The front entrance hasn't been mopped in a while , door handles and glass hasnt been cleaned in a while. The carpet are old and stained. Plastic cups are never replaced nor the ice buckets. At check out I met the rudest clerk didn't get her name because I will never ever go back there. What did it for me was not the dirty sheets or the hotel's up keeping , it was her attitude. If you are planning on staying with kids don't pick this place. The pictures they display on their website are very old.

Holiday inn has a great service and good enough sized room the staff's are frendly but the pools just a little small but i had a great time

My family liked this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and staff in the kitchen would talk to us. The housekeeping staff worked hard and were friendly. One area that could be improved is if tea and coffee were 24 hours at the reception area.

The hotel was very nice, luxurious, and clean. They were very understanding of our situation (flight cancellation) and we're very courteous and friendly throughout our visit.

Facilities are lovely, I was attending a wedding there and enjoyed my time. One big negative was the air conditioning not working, and after complaining all three days I was there nothing was done expect changing of the filter. We were extremely busy with wedding activities, and really didn't have time to follow up. I didn't request a room change but no response. I suggested being compensated for 3 days and 2 nights of not sleeping, and we were told to complain to Expedia as if the hotel has no control. Would not recommend, save your money and use it somewhere else

Good quality accommodations. Everything is clean and working well. Looks recently renovated. The rooms are beautiful.

Good customer service, price is good, free breakfast and clean hotel.
