I only went to a room and left shortly after. Bathroom was clean and seat in the room was comfortable. Over all it looked nice

Hotel was very nice, updated and modern. The breakfast in the morning was sub-par, with many staffers waiting for 10am to strike. The front desk attendant was amazing - she was very warm, welcoming, acknowledged people as they walked by (even remembering their names). Nice hotel in the area - worth the stay!

I have been booking with this hotel on behalf of our company for 3+ years and every single interaction along the way has been extremely pleasant, welcoming and incredibly accommodating. All staff members are an absolute pleasure to work with and I am completely confident in their ability to take care of our staff when they stay for business.

I stay at hotels frequently and this holiday in falls short of many others. The staff is friendly but the rooms have a old smell to them. The carpet feels old and unpleasant. Overall I would stay here again if other nearby hotels were booked but not 1st option.

Spent the weekend here while I was in Ontario for work. And of course like everybody else I read the reviews first. All I can say is that the bad reviews I saw we're definitely undeserved. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The air conditioning was ice cold and it was hot out so that was excellent. The rooms are not huge but plenty big for what I needed. The location is amazing if you want to be able to walk somewhere to have some adult beverages or to grab a good meal. I stay in hotels a lot for work and was definitely impressed with this place.

So totally awfull. Booking confirmed for 2 rooms. Arrive at 5pm. Both rooms not ready. Wait 30min. Still no ready. Must be the hourly paying customers. Never ever again

Excellent. Comfy beds, clean. Friendly staff. Pool, gym and breakfast daily in dining area. Great place.

the rooms were remodeled and very clean. It's good value for the money but there are no amenities like coffeemaker, fridge, etc. They provide handsoap and a small bottle of shampoo/conditioner. The beds are older and quite firm but I slept well. I heard very little noise from the corridor and none from nearby rooms. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Towels were clean and fluffy, bed linens clean and white. Although I read about a 10% discount for seniors, when booking through the hotel's site, there was no option on the reservation screen to access the discount (that I could find).

Stay here for work and have never had a bad experience. Staff is always accommodating for any needs. Great hotel, will always choose this place if available

The building looked a little run down, but our room was very nice and much bigger than we expected. Overall, it was a very nice hotel and the breakfast was pretty decent.

The hotel had indoor and outdoor rooms. Our indoor room was clean and spacious. The lobby was nice. Staff was friendly. An onsite pool and continental breakfast would have been awesome. Very close to the mall, grocery store, eateries, and liquor store.

Really like this hotel. The pool is shallow on both ends. But its great for kids. Has an exercise room, sauna, breakfast is decent (bacon, sausage, homefries, eggs, cereal porridge, waffles, pastries etc...) service is great, check-in and out are super fast. However, rooms are hit and miss, ive stayed in both an clean updated room, and also in a dated rusted older unit. Restaurant right next door, and highway is RIGHT there so commute to highway is easy All and all, i plan on staying again.
