Hotel/Motel

This review is based purely off of customer service. I was unable to stay because of a work vehicle breakdown and the customer service provided by the staff was incredible. If that is how well they treat people who are unable to make it, I cannot imagine how well guests who check in are treated. I would recommend this hotel to everyone based on how well I was treated!

Excellent service , jolie auberge rustique, chambre propre. Nous avons souper sur place et j'ai été agréablement surpris, jamais je me serais attendue a avoir un repas d'une telle qualité dans une auberge! Des aliment frais, des assiette superbe! Un gros mercie a vous deux!J'ai bien hate de repeter l'experience avec ma douce moitié!!!

It was a nice service and clean but very small room

We had a great stay at the Hampton inn, Staff are super friendly, clean, and great vibe. You have breakfast, and thru the day a coffee station with great cookies..... it located next to the main street so you have everything with a walking distance...

Easily exceeded my expectations for a well-maintained, welcoming place to stay, this place puts national corporate chains to shame.

Très bel hôtel pour le prix. Les employés sont très serviables et se feront un plaisir de répondre à vos demandes. Je recommande sans hésitation!

um there is food here ? i dont think so theres a place to eat just up the rd as fare as i know is in no way associated with the motel

This hotel deserves additional star. I travel often and stay in many places but none even comes close to this place. Clean rooms, friendly staff + they speak English :)

Nice little motel convenient to the bike trail along the Richelieu.

Ok rooms, very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, very accessible from I-89, but WAY overpriced. I was there for 10 days at retired military rates. Couldn't imagine the total without that discount. Ugh. Probably will stay in Colchester again next time. St. Albans is way too proud of its motels based on the rates they charge.

Very nice hotel for the price. Great location - lots of restaurants nearby and Downtown Quebec was not very far.

Great hotel, has all the right ameneities. Staff is courteous and welcoming.

I stayed there two weeks for work the place is very clean they have a nice breakfast continental breakfast the staff was friendly and helpful I would stay there again
