Hotel/Motel

The hotel was clean. But very small. The breakfast area is very congested, gets very crowded. Swimming pool is right in front of hotel. Ppl walking on road can see u swim lol. They have so much space behind the hotel which they can use for pool.

An amazing place to stay while travelling with families. Really fantastic services and very friendly people. All in all I had a very relaxing stay over here. 👍👍👍👍👍

Stayed there one night. Came to hotel late night was very tired. room they gave was not clean some was there before me dirty.The bed is uncomfortable and bathroom everything smells bad.The bed sheets and towels need to be changed.Please don't stay in this motel.

Nice older motel. Very clean and shows pride of ownership. Would definitely stay here again. Owners and staff were super helpful and friendly. Not bad prices also.

One 🌟 for it being newly built, outward appearance, availability and another for the price and cable. You get what you pay for. Plain and simple. Don't expect good customer service or good house keeping. The toilet wasn't cleaned. Dried up urine stains and paint drops was on the toilet seat, which I cleaned off easily. There was about 10% left of the only toilet paper roll left. A sticky snot like remnant had apparently been wiped on top of the edge of the night stand and was still there. The head clerk, Renee rudely told me that I have to get a roll from her and the girl she's training at the front desk myself if I want it before hanging up on me. Although, cleaning personnel is walking around in house. And told me again when I called back. As the entire day went by... I never went down for the toilet paper and no one ever came to my room with it. Well..it is a 2 star hotel.. precisely so.

I was driving through the area with someone who, for all intents and purposes, can be considered my mother, and decided to make Niagara Falls a quick stop on our road trip. We hadn't planned too far ahead, and didn't have reservations for a place to stay ahead of time. We found this little motel, and it was perfect for our situation. - Location is very convenient, is close to the falls as well as other landmarks and shopping areas nearby - Owner is very kind and welcoming, he checked us in past office hours with patience and grace - The room had all necessary accommodations and was fairly clean - Very good price for what it has to offer - Was very quiet and comfortable, no noisy neighbors Conclusion: Definitely would recommend to any tourists wanting to stay in the area for a short while with a clean and simple room

A/C was not working in the hottest day of the year. Sent someone to fix it and then it took a long time to feel it starting to get a bit cold.

Great place for the price, conveniently located from the falls and the US border. Clean rooms, free breakfast and one of the friendliest owners ever.

Nice room, quiet place, friendly management. Though i felt the place is a little bit expensive, but liked the rest. This motel is like 10- 15 mins to Niagara falls , so i felt the commute to be convenient.

It's cheap, and you get what you pay for. It's a college dorm that rents out it's rooms in the summer. The rooms are clean. I wouldn't hesitate to use the shower. Don't expect any services though.

Friendly environment and clean room with perfection. Highly recommend for staying here. And the park next to hotel, that's awesome. Great view of Niagara river which makes it more precious. Free morning breakfast with various items and 24 hours soda booth just great. Also, there is a nearby mall center , around 1 miles away from the hotel which is the only one malls in Niagara falls . So, make it count.

My friend lives there and it's a small, but nice apartment/room. Clean, well cared for, and surprisingly quiet given that it's attached to the Manor.

On Wed. I am not going to be a great time in the morning

Can't thank the owners of stevensons b&b enough for the wonderful accommodations this weekend for ourselves and wedding party. There was an unfortunate incident with the other b&b some of us were staying at and Stevensons said "come on over we will make it work!" Staff provided beverages when we got there and truly helped relieve a stressful situation. They gave us a little prewedding party. Rooms were lovely and made up with care (even a beautiful label on the bride and groom's door room). The provided hot breakfast was amazing and made with love. The spa was relaxing and the massage was fantastic! Truly a beautiful place run by beautiful people and can't wait to go back!
