The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful and the price was good for the location. I would recommend this motel.

Just checked put with my girlfriend and 2 friends. Very comfy neat rooms, pool very clean, breakfast in morning was great, close enough to the falls to not be overly priced and not too far away to have to drive to the falls. $65/per person for two nights was great, very affortable. Along with free wifi and free parking. Would definitely recommend.

I attempted to book this B & B through Expedia. We received a booking confirmation. The next day we received an email from the owner stating she had given the room away on her own web site. She was unapologetic and extremely rude and in fact stated that she only used Expedia for advertising! I would question staying at a place so mismanaged and run by someone so outrageously rude. Run away!!!!

Great location! Within walking distance to the falls and many restaurants. The owners were incredibly nice and accommodating. My family needed special accommodations that they honored for us. They also shipped me back the ring I left in the room. The AC worked great, which was fantastic because it was a particularly hot day.

Great place to stay at. Nothing special about it. Just a plain simple place but location location location what can I say. The trolley stop is close by or you can walk to the falls. You can even see the fireworks from in front of the building.

Stayed here for one Friday night as I was partying it up at Fallsview for the weekend. At 99 bucks for a June Friday night the price was reasonable for the quality of hotel. The room was nice and spacious, lots of amenities, very comfortable, coffee was very good, bathroom was nice, there was a balcony that lead to the outdoor pool. It's a very nice 4+ star hotel right near all the action. It loses half a star because the noise bleed through of the rooms wasn't great, I could hear full on conversations by the loudmouths in the room next to me, other than that, really nice stay, I would come back here again if the room was under 100 bucks during non weekend warrior/tourist season.

Super friendly staff that made our stay smooth. Clean bed sheets and comfy bed. Good quality for the price! The motel is better than most of the others Canadian motels encountered during my trip. One small downside, the wall are a bit thin and make sure you sleep with the windows closed to avoid road noise.

We have stayed at many different B&B's around Canada, and the Alliston B&B rates near the top. Our room was beautiful, the amenities were excellent and the hospitality of our hosts very warm and friendly. We had a great sleep and a wonderful breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is on the low to average standard with improvements needed, though it is one of the more affordable locations if you are trying to stay close to the falls. The pool is decent and the rooms are typical. We didn't mind a low key room as long as it was habitable. The window views on both sides are not good but as the room was just a place to sleep, we didn't really mind. Overall, generic cheap room to rest your head. Unfortunately, during our stay we did have to move rooms due to a leak in the ceiling dripping directly on where I had my suitcase laying open. It was quite a hassle and required clean up, though I must say the maintenance guy handled it so well and was as accomadating as possible to correct the situation. It cannot undo the inconvenience we experienced but it helped ease the frustration and we appreciated that. They advised it doesn't occur often and that it was an older hotel purchased in recent years and is in the process of improvements. We are currently on our trip so I cannot say if the issue will be addressed any further at checkout at this time.

Free wifi doesn't work. Most of the Jets of the jacuzzi tub don't work. But the room is decent and the owners are nice

Less than half a mile from the falls. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Hard to beat the price. Recommended. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable.

Good location and convenient. Close to bridge connecting US and Canada. Rooms are ok not spectacular but well kept. Not an exciting hotel but does the job. Vacation planning: Go to the Canadian side to view the falls. The American side has no real view and therefore the tourist investment is minimal to pathetic. The best amazing view with great food on the Canadian side is a restaurant called the Keg in the Embassy Suites. Bring passports. But I would still stay at this Holiday Inn because it is close to the Falls and the border crossing. For management - charging a fee for parking is desperate, reconsider that. The bathrooms need improved ventilation for humidity and other scents.

This motel is very nice for the price. Very clean! The owner is very nice and was very helpful! Pros: The room was a comfortable temperature and well maintained. It was clean, which is always my biggest concern when traveling. The hospitality was top notch. Tea, coffee, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap is provided for your convienience. Motel is easy to find and it is easy to get to the heart of Niagara. Cons: We weren't impressed with the comfort of the bed (it is a $65 room) but slept ok (we are young & athletic). The decor is very different and rather eclectic but everything functioned like it should so we didn't care. Not a "romantic" type place but again, a clean and friendly place to lay your head down after a long day walking to see the falls. Walls are a little thin but everyone there while we were was quiet. Location: It's a little off the beaten path but not too far at all. As mentioned above it was easy to find and get to and from the "downtown" area. We were without cell service at times but navigated easily (strong wifi in the room helped us plan things out ahead of time). Plan to drive to downtown though. You could walk but not worth it when you can park for $5 to $15 all day depending on how close to the falls you want to park.

Very old and outdated hotel. Needs a renovation badly. Rooms were not very clean. Tidy but not clean. Staff was excellent.
