A wonderful place to stay overnight, or longer. Very high end rooms, right down to the plumbing and the Nespresso machine. Rustic also comes to mind. Highly recommended.

Staff extremely friendly, the room was clean. Location was so close to everything on Clifton Hill. For what we paid I felt extremely satisfied.

The hotel is pretty nice. The rooms are decorated nicely and have bright colors in them. This hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool. Two fast food chains and an ice chain, connected to the hotel. The only time we used our car, was when we went to other cities. We paid over $500 for 3 nights, they did not have a continental breakfast AND they charge you $12 a day for parking! For parking, really? I am paying to stay at your hotel and I have to pay to park there?? That's some bull! I didn't not see the fee listed on their website either.

Ill give it a 5 on 5 cause I am a simple person and not one of those snowflakes that looks for the cheapest prices and expect Red Carpet treatment. I mean, I got the room only to have a place to sleep, chill and wash up. So with that said. - Rooms were clean - Room service I had no complaints about. - 2 Beds for myself and 2 kids. - Wifi was not a problem - Air conditioning was pretty good. - OMG the pressure from the shower I thought I was going to be blasted right out of the bathtub it was immense hahaha. BTW, that's actually a good thing. Took about 10 seconds to rinse my hair (I have long hair too) - Justin and the other people were pretty cool and down to earth. - Location was great literally a few minutes from Clifton Hill. - I really can't find anything bad to say about this place. Bonus When I got there, I found out my room was on the third floor. I was like aww (in a funny way) and Justin did a couple of mouse clicks and smiled at me and said, "There, ground level". Totally awesome. Of course I tell me kids we have to lugs the bags up 3 flights of stairs, cause you know, dads... :-) I booked them through Expedia and checked out amenities before I booked so for me, this place was my choice for the stay.

In terms of standard it's not a Five star hotel. Butik it fresh value for money with excellent location and good service. So it's basically close to the cheap stores and to cliffton hill (walking distance)

Great room for the price! Very clean and just what we needed! Staff was courteous and helpful.

Location is perfect. Very close to a lot of stores. You can get all kinds of food nearby and plenty of souvenir stores nearby. Stay is very friendly. Good service. Breakfast is basic continental. Normally eggs are served but didn't see any. Very crowded too. Rooms are good. Bed was comfortable. Fan in the bathroom didn't work. Other than that well maintained. Parking is difficult. Very few spaces next to the hotel. You will end up parking across the street which is not that close. You still end up paying the same rate for parking. There should be a higher rate for parking close or reduced rate for parking far.

It was close to a wedding I attended. The room was generally very clean but the coffee machine was gross inside. The air conditioning system worked really well.

Filthy, Bed Bugs, Staff Lies, Theft: Flop House for Junkies and Prostitutes WARNING: Many of the photos shown on google of this hotel are FAKE. They do not represent this hotel in any way. If I could give a no-star or negative rating, I would. One star is way too much for this flop house. Was shown two rooms that were filled with webs, peeling paint, dirty wrinkled sheets, bed bugs, and just dirt. I don't mind places that are sketchy, but this one is absolutely a garbage dump. The place seems to be a favorite with junkies and prostitutes. It seems that the place is owned by a couple Indian immigrants who have brought a little bit of the filth and squalor of Mumbai with them. Maybe they just don't get it. It's possible. I complained to the manager about the bugs, dirt, webs, and filth, and he said he wouldn't give me a refund. Had to dispute on my credit card. AVOID this place at all costs. You WILL bring bed bugs home with you. One other thing, the OWNER is known to have posted positive reviews on here under alias names. I've reported them to Google.

Not sure where the pictures from their website came from, but it sure wasn't this hotel. Great location, but decor was very dated and tacky, and even a little bit dirty. The check in area is very small and took a while. Otherwise, the stay was okay due to the convenience of the location.

Family and I have stayed here 2 yrs in a row and will be back next year. Great location great prices. Very minimalist room but thats ok if your just setting up camp in the midst of clifton hill

Right in the attractions of clifton hill. And 4 min. walk to Niagara Falls. Beds and pillows were amazing. We had a great night sleep. I do recommend staying here. The workers were very helpful, and nice people.

Nice place, fair value, great staff

Beautiful hotel with views of the falls. 30 second walk to the falls themselves. Great service. Have a pool and gym area. Free water and Starbucks downstairs along with 3 gorgeous restaurants Very highly recommended, especially for a few days visiting on your travels

Wonderful clean, cheap room with an AWESOME heart shaped jacuzzi tub! Really close to Niagara Falls and other popular tourist attractions. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices and the staff was very friendly.

It is small and its rooms are perfect size. The parking lot is pretty big in my opinion. Also there is a relaxing place to sit outside of every room. And near the entrance of the place near the parking lot, these is chairs and tables to eat stuff there and just relax. They have sofas and chairs and beds and bathrooms and there rooms are pretty big in my eyes. This is a place I would recommend to people and tourists if their on a vacation.

As soon as I checked into the room. I looked under the mattress and in the seam of the box spring was a bed bug. I put my finger over it and it crawled down and under the bed. Also found blood on the sheets (pic). The staff are absolutely terrible, like they're running a gas station. The only person that was respectful was the operation manager. Go somewhere else.

Enjoyable and convenient. However we had no mini fridge or microwave in our room yet are travel companions did. I found that annoying. The beds are pretty comfortable and service good for the most part.
