Eh this hotel is a motel not the holiday inn bit formal red carpet inn. it dirty smelly but cheep and near the falls and Clifton hill its not run by traditional Canadians but Indian/ Pakistani students.the pool is large when open but closed as Indian tigers cant swim.bed bugs come as standard no extra cost air conditioning don't work fridges are old and dangerous. its set in a Wight trash red neck area, make the best of a bad situation, ok if want to slum it for a few nights, there are worse but much better too.

Stayed here two weeks ago with my friends, the manager and owner of the business was very kind and friendly. Accommodated all my needs for the stay of my friends and I. The price was worth the room and I didn’t feel like I overpaid. Was surprised this inn has a single room with three queen size beds! Which was exactly what I was looking for! The location is a brief 5 minute walk to the whole Niagara street strip where all the attractions are. So absolutely worth staying here if your visiting the city! I will be coming back to stay again when I plan my next trip to Niagara.

Owners were very nice. Cared about their guest. Good customer service. Very clean room.

This is an interesting hotel. Being a Californian, I am not used to an indoor pool. But I swam in the morning and it was very nice. I wouldn't want to stay in one of the rooms on the courtyard as they must get the noise from the pool area but with children maybe it would be fun. We had a room in "the tower" and it was quiet and up to date. The staff was helpful when we checked in and found our first room assignment unsatisfactory so they kindly offered us another room. The Irish Pub on the Lobby has delicious food. We ordered like Americans with burgers and fries and the beef was extremely fresh. The sweet potato fries were out of this world.

Very nice ! The owners were awesome!!! They went out of their way too make us feel welcome!! Our car broke down when we crossed the boarder they offered us a ride to get our car to shop. Come an stay here you wont regret it. I promice

The room was clean but had a very strong distinctive pet odor. I brought a pet so I understood and they provided me with air freshener that helped but I think they could do better at eliminating the odor beforehand. There was no hand soap in the bathroom sink. It advertises a 10 to 15-minute walk to the falls and it was actually 20 plus. The service staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very courteous and helped me out as much as possible. Very nice guy! The room was what you expect at the price. It did the good so we were satified.

Owners are very friendly. Rooms need a bit of updating but always clean.

The ac didn't work and the office was closed for the night. The rooms are small and electrical is below code. There was a broken window in one of the rooms. Couldn't stay the night because the rooms were hotter than being outside.

Location was perfect. Our room (king suite with tub) was beautiful and clean. Everything we needed. You had to pay for breakfast and parking. Only allowed parking until 12 PM next day. Overall I am pleased with the hotel and I would go back.

Place has changed with new owners. New beds and tv. Clean and still priced good. Location is great. Manager is very good.

For a little motel/hotel in the middle of all the action in Niagara Falls this is a really comfy, quiet, clean place to stay. The staff is polite and the rooms are fair with all the amenities. We walked to the falls in less than 15 minutes. The pool is closed for maintenance but looks great when in operation. Our room had a huge jacuzzi. We'd stay again for sure, we're saying 5 star cuz of cleanliness and comfort.

Stayed here many times. Decent prices and good amenities. There is a small fitness room, a small arcade, and a pool with a hot tub. Pool is not the biggest and is a bit on the cool side but works just fine, especially on hot days. Rooms are of a good size and bathrooms have fans that turn on with the lights. The showers have good pressure and the t.v. has cable with many channels. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay for family's. Central location near lundys lane and the casino. Centrally located lots of rooms. Indoor pool as well. Would recommend 5/5

We came in really last minute and a gentleman named Gupal helped us out with a room and gave us a really good price, especially considering the location of this motel. 2 minutes walk from niagara and the strip. Great customer service! Highly recommend.
