Hotel/Motel

This hotel is in a beautiful location surrounded by green. You can golf on the premises. The room we stayed in had 2 queen beds, was clean, and had a view of the golf course. The room is adequate in size and rates average for quality of furniture and fixtures. Staff we encountered were friendly.

If i could give nagitive stars i would. The room was unclean the a\c did not work staff rude. Quoted 1 price on web site then charged another upon arriving. My family booked family suite (3 queen beds) yet were only allowed to get 2 sm cups of ice/day from hotel ice machine. T.v did not work nor did "free wifi" and in room phone didnt work good thing there were no medical emergancies while there. And staff were rolling joints at front dest and indoor pool area witch too was dirty.

Beautiful

Westlodge is under new management but this place needs a lot of attention. We were three with 4 other couplesand each room had outs problems. Our room had bedside sconces were held together with tape and the lampshades were distgusting. Another room had so much dust in the air conditioner Im not sure how it functioned and the white bed ruffle was black. Another had tiles falling off in the bathroom. The beds and bathrooms were clean and the pool was nice but they have lots of work to do.

gross. disgusting. junkies everywhere. needles all over the place. rooms not cleaned properly. broken windows everywhere. avoid avoid avoid. DO NOT bring children here!!!!!

Lots of mold in the tub. Tub it's self was very stained and dirty looking. Stayed three nights and the never gave new towels or made up the room. I only paid $60.cad a night, so didn't expect too much.

We were checked into a room with 2 queen beds but we reserved a king room and paid an upcharge for it. We complained, and the clerk changed our room, but in hindsight I wish we had kept the two queen beds because the king room was disgusting. The bathroom was dirty, the rug was gross, and both the rug and ceiling had obvious signs of water damage. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The door had a slight gap at the top and the bottom and I’m assuming that is why the room had a bunch of bugs in it. We seriously thought about just going out to sleep in the car, it was that bad. We stayed here a couple of years ago, so we knew it was low budget and figured that was ok for a quick crash pad, but we will never go again. Free breakfast was included, but we couldn’t get out of there fast enough and decided to pay for breakfast somewhere (anywhere) else. Do yourself a favor and stay in a different budget motel in Niagara Falls, there are plenty of them. Can’t seem to leave zero stars, so I’ll give it one under duress.

It's a roof over your head for the night. No more no less. Fully adequate for what it is.

small indoor pool. floor of pool was sooo slippery, like ice...people were falling. hot tub had no working jets. It was a clean and quiet place to sleep. Easy bus access to The Falls.

It was really shotty and the phone didn't work properly

When we booked our hotel we were alittle nervous as the reviews were not great but when we got here we were greeted by amazing staff and a nice hotel. The rooms were clean and in good condition. It was a little far from the falls but we got the WeGo passes and took the bus everywhere. It didn't have continental breakfast but it has a restaurant connected and a good early bird breakfast for $4. The owner of the hotel and the owner of restaurant were both very helpful and made us feel welcome.

Nasty. Just nasty. Desk Lady was very busy, but nice. TV didn't work. They brought us another one, but she wasn't able to hook it up. We had to ourselves. Gross dirt (boogers) on the walls. Room wasn't clean. Sliding door was broken. Curtains were tore up. Dust and dirt everywhere. They need to supply more towels. We reserved 3 nights before we saw the place. They only had us down for 2 nights. Thank goodness. blah. I guess you get what you pay for.

This place was my biggest mistake they don't clean the rooms while you stay there I had to go everyday and ask for wash cloths beds were not made on a daily basis and the entire compound is dated Please don't be fooled by the name Canada's Best Value Inn and continental breakfast is scrambled eggs every single day I Kidd you not and the oatmeal 👎very sad

Great motel for the price. Check in was a breeze and the reception was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were clean and everything works.

Hotel is fine, and the service is efficient and friendly. It's clean, and cost effective. It's a decent 3-star hotel.
