Hotel/Motel

This is the worst motel o have EVER STAYED in. They rented the room to us then kicked myself and 4 kids out on the street in this humid heat because my son has a service animal for his autism and epileptic seizures. The rooms are full of mold and water damage. Exposed insulation. Part of the ceiling fell and hit my son in the eye. They never refunded any of our money. We were booked in for 2 weeks. DO NOT stay here if you want a comfortable stay. We confronted the owner and he said it wasn't his problem. Discrimination is disgusting and this motel is about that.

Motel displays great room service, receptionist was very polite to me as i entered the motel. If I ever needed anything or had any discomfort the owner was there to help me in any way possible.

A great hotel and and even better price

Clean comfortable room. Don't count on their idea of "breakfast" to get you thru the morning. They should invest in a decent coffee maker and leave it at that.

For two nights at $500+ for the 2 queen beds, which is equivalent to staying at some of the local resorts, this place is WAY overpriced. The breakfast is redundant, and the ice machine is behind the counter and have to ask to have your room ice bucket filled back at the reception desk. Oh, the gas station about to be built in the backyard looks to "improve" the ambiance of the pool area.

Nice clean rooms. Stopped here a few times now and has always been good. Very friendly staff and family run from what I can gather. Nice and clean inside and out. I will be stopping here again :)

All in all had a good experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and there was a new girl in training that day, the owner had a lot of patience and allowed her to take her time and learn. It's always nice to see a place that treats their employees well. The owner also came over and asked if I wanted to borrow a bed for my dog, which I did not need but none the less that was very considerate. The bed and the pillows were also very comfortable. And being pet friendly is always a good quality to have. It's also located right next to the river so it was nice to go out with my dog. The only problems I had were the toilet and sink weren't as clean as I'd like them to be and the website that I booked the room on (booking.ca) led me to believe I was booking the end unit with the "rivet view" but I ended up in the thit'd room down.

Great place to stay. Breakfast is standsrd continental and my room was literally an entire two-room apartment with a livingroom and full kitchen. Great staying with you!

Clean, quiet, inexpensive, good location and comfortable bed. Exactly what I was looking for.

If you're going to Owen Sound and you want a pool an indoor pool this is the place to go the only thing that would have made this place just the bee's knees for me is if they would have had a breakfast that's all it's missing the Wi-Fi was reasonable hot tub was nice to have a lot of places are getting rid of the hot tub but this guy still have it enjoy it while they still got it you could always go for a cheaper hotel and swim in the lake

A very cozy place that seems like a great place for a week around town, or just a night like my family did. Very friendly owner, HUGE rooms, a couple of stove elements with a fridge! Just a few rooms so there isn't too much noise either! I highly recommend this place - and free breakfast!!

Friendly people good room. Just right for the weary traveller.
