Awful accomodations! My family was staying in Hanover for a wedding. Not only did they completely lose 2 of my family members reservations, upon arrival 3 of my family members found that their reservations had been altered. King suite changed to room with 2 single beds. Queen room changed to 2 single beds. My Grandmother's room was booked as smoking and she has asthma. When we complained we were called liars. One family member had to leave and find accomodations elsewhere as they had lost her reso. The rooms were dirty and dumpy and reeked of lysol. They called my grandmother three times in the middle of the night furious that the family member who had had to go elsewhere had not paid for the room they did not receive. They threatened to charge my grandmother for the room. They then demanded that my entire family leave and never come back in the middle of rhe night. The absolute worst service I have ever seen If you can help it do not stay at this terrible place

WORST B&B I stayed at. I booked with them over the phone and had to pay cash to Ann at night when I arrived. In the morning Ann's daughter came and said I needed to pay again, because they didn't give me a receipt there is no proof that I actually paid. She then started yelling and swearing and made a big scene. My stay was already awful enough because the sheets were dirty and smelled like someone else's armpits. I had read some bad reviews but I liked the price. Should've never booked here.

WAY over priced, charge you an extra 15 dollars for kids over 5. It's old/out dated and need a lot of work. My window AC rattled all night. There was mold in the bathroom and the window ledges were disgustingly dirty and not looked after at all. You could see the dirt and filth on the walls and doors that could of easily been cleaned with z simple wild down (lazy staff). They take advantage bc there us no other hotel of motel in the area. Gross would never stay again in that condition.

Stunning place under the old management, spoils hope the new management keeps up the stellar service.
