Great price good location and clean family room my kids really enjoy and love the room and the customer service was excellent and the manager was so nice I suppose to check out at 11am and I ask for extra 1 hour he granted it so easily and said no problem the fridge, TV and AC works fine there was no microwave in the room I ask for one they provided it for free. I will come again anytime we visit Kingston.

Wonderful location. Great since near 401. Easy to get to downtown kingston. If you enjoy shopping, has a mini outlet centre, about 10 sites.

I have eaten at Spectacle Lake Lodge on Saturday night for their Smoked Roast Beef and for their Sunday Brunch. The food is just awesome the best I have eaten in a 200 km radius and so is the service. The view of the lake and the mountains is to die for.

Lovely quirky hotel. Got an free upgrade to a ground floor room. Staff very helpful. WiFi patchy in room but working in dinning room and lounge.

Room was clean and the inn otaled was really quaint. Definitely a nicer experience than a chain hotel. The breakfast was amazing. The chef came out and introduced himself and explained it; it was delicious! I would come back again for sure.

Broken elevator. Dirty carpet. In construction. Extremely rude front desk clerk complaining about the computers. Waited 30 minutes at the frontdesk ... and I was the only client.

Updates and Reno's are beautiful. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. And pet friendly. Great stay
