My daughter (8) has been training at Apeiron MMA for 6 months now and we love this gym. The coaching staff exhibit a knowledge and enthusiasm for martial arts that illustrates a passion for the sport that goes beyond running a business. The moderate to small classes allow for personalized and individual training. Coaching staff are on the matts engaged in the training and activities providing a safe environment for fun and learning. Kids have the opportunity to learn both Brazilian Jujitsu and Kickboxing for one reasonable membership fee. Couldn’t be happier with our experience at Apeiron MMA!

Both my children are enrolled at UMAC and I take part in the fitness programs. The instructors are fantastic and it is very much a family atmosphere. I highly recommend them.

JMAC is a unique place to train with a great combination of dedicated, expert instructors and committed students. The kids' classes are a perfect mix of fun and serious training at an age-appropriate level. The adult classes are full of serious students always willing to help the others in the dojo get better. The high level of expert instruction cannot be overstated!

Both of my children love going to Hoy's. Mr. Hoy is so good with them, making learning specific techniques fun. My son had tried other martial arts centers and didn't like them, but both he and his sister have enjoyed Hoy's right from the first day!

I was fortunate enough to find this dojo when I was looking for training in defensive tactics for law enforcement. Sensei Michael Fletcher is the ONLY civilian who is certified by DCJS to teach law enforcement officers. His method of instructing not only teaches you the "how" to do, but the "why" you do it. I am so pleased with the results of training with Traditional Mixed Martial Arts. Highly recommended.

Flexible and professional. Offers more than just karate; private fitness, kickboxing, etc... The Renshei has really improved my self esteem and given me the confidence to be more proactive; not only in the fitness world, but in other areas of life as well.

The Dojo (facility) is amazing. Well equipped and well situated between Casselman, Embrun and Limoges. One of the first Patenaude locations, dating back to 1981. Family owned and operated. Try any program free before joining.

I really enjoyed my muay thai lesson. Working out while having fun is always much appreciated.

Great place to train for anyone regardless of level or personal goals Sam and the other coaches will help you get there. People there are really nice and personable and the training there is top notch. I can already feel myself progressing just by showing up. Soo simple!

Dragon's gate did an AMAZING job with our daughter's birthday party! They went above and beyond with fun activities, friendly and enthusiastic staff who are wonderful with kids, and a clean and safe environment. The birthday girl said it's the best birthday she's ever had and her guests had a blast too! I highly recommend Dragons Gate family martial arts!

This place is really nice,the instructors are friendly and the techniques they teach here at PKSA Karate for Krav Maga is really easy and effective.Also the classes is the cheapest one I've seen.I've called different martial arts schools and their price is way too high.But this one is Very cheap and very effective.I 101% reccomend you going there.
