Martial Arts

Excellent place to train, the instructors are very engaged with the students and always willing to help.

Best martial arts class for children. Very professional and supporting team of instructors who can teach absolutely every child no matter what their learning style is. Kids learn discipline and develop confidence while enjoying classes

This is a fantastic program! My 3 young daughters have enjoyed it immensely; not only have they learned self defence skills, they have also learnt about respect, loyalty, honesty... I love that my kids are getting great exercise and building character, all the while have a fun time with great instructors. I am incredibly impressed with this program!

Excellent instructors!

I have known Master Choi for more than 15yrs. He is a great martial artist and a teacher as well. He has helped me so much to become a better instructor. Because I am a professional martial art teacher, I know how to find quality instructors. He is very caring and enthusiastic about what he does and always trying to improve everyone's life. Any students who are training under Master Choi should feel lucky and privileged. Once my martial arts school becomes stable, I am planing to study under Master Choi! I can not wait!

Quality instruction, equipment and facility. The training center is well run and a fun place to be

Changs does an exceptional job leading their students, has a wide variety of classes and knows how to inspire the kids to keep working hard. My son has been attending for over 1 1/2 years and it's been a perfect activity for him to be involved in. He loves going every week and has great relationships with both instructors. Strongly recommend if you or your child is looking for an amazing organization to join.

Mr. Schmidt is a very talented Instructor who is great with children. My children love Mr. Schmidt! I highly recommend USTA Martial Arts-Lynden to anyone looking to start a Martial Art! It's a great workout for all ages. It also teaches children to show respect and never give up. Perseverance!

My son learned discipline and respect here. In a fun, friendly yet strict environment kids learn life and self defence skills.

We joined Changs just a couple of months ago with my 5 year old and we just love it. All of the instructors have a way with the younger ones that keep them engaged and focused but also having fun. At 5 years old , discipline and respect are very important and their teachings definitely help the mental and physical development of our little guy and he loves it too. They have fantastic incentives for youth to really want to try their best. The star program and buddy days fantastic. We belonged briefly to another club BUT it wasn't a good fit and the lessons were not as well balanced for the smaller ones and just too structured and strict for keeping up and keeping engaged. In a time where my child can't make a decision on what he likes and he feels overwhelmed at times... Changs has been fantastic. He loves it here, is happy to participate and is improving at home and in school. I would highly recommend Changs!!! It's a wonderful bunch with an excellent model and a wealth of knowledge and experience. Regards Karen K
