Martial Arts

Awesome place. Facility is very well maintained, prices are great and instructor's are very helpful and detailed. I would highly recommend Freedom Martial Arts to anyone!!!

I am 16 years old and have my adult black belt at Sky Centers, it's a wonderful school for all ages with very personable and knowledgable instructors. Really changed the direction of my life and I would recommend it to anyone. And congratulations to Master Sky on his 6th Dan!

Absolutely authentic Kung-Fu. If you really shop around, you may find a school as good. That said, you will never find one better.

Enrolling my children in the jujitsu classes is the best decision I have made for the well-being of my children. It has given them more self-confidence and self respect as well as respect for others than I could’ve given them. Coach Steve and Coach Katie are magicians With the children. I highly advise SBG to anyone looking to improve their children’s quality of life.

Im an international student of UO, trained here for almost 3years. From zero to best of myself, I wanna thanks coach Kobb and Jason, they are professional and kind for all students here with a heart of fighter. Feel like here is another home of mine.

After shopping around a bit and checking out the selection of places to train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the area I found NWMA and knew right away that this was the place for me. The instructors here are first rate and cultivate a truly excellent culture among the students, while sharing their passion for training in martial arts. After becoming a passionate student myself I have recently gotten my son started training here with me and discovered that the kids classes are also excellent. My 8 year old son has never been so enthusiastic about athletics as he is about jiu jitsu and I'm really happy that he can train hard in an art that doesn't involve the risk of brain trauma associated with striking based martial arts. The instructors, facilities and community of students here are all great and make training at NWMA a perfect fit for me.

Felt welcome and now we are part of the family.... The first time we went to check out the club the staff were warm, friendly and inviting which is why we chose to join. We all have hurdles in life and the family feeling is nice to have not only from the staff but the many members involved with this club.... respectful team !!

I go there, pretty friendly.

100% Martial Arts & Fitness has changed my life for the better forever. I would not have accomplished any of the things I have done in my 7 years here if I never joined. From achieving my black belts, to making lifelong friends, to travelling the world to teach and train with others. The friendly and hardworking students & the dedicated, detail oriented instructors make working and training here the best part of my day. Shihan Bill Gatchell, along with all of the other instructors are the best of the best. If you're looking to learn real martial arts, learn how to defend yourself, and get in shape, this is the place to go.

Staff is amazing! Great for every fitness level!
