Mortgage

I spoke to Rasiklal and he did not want to help me at all. I needed to renew my mortgage and he refused to listen to anything I had to say. I've been with RBC for over a decade and I had to renew my mortgage so I was assuming they'd want to keep my business. All I was asking for was to match the rate I was offered from another bank. I made an appointment first thing in the morning with Rasik and showed him the comparable rate, but he said he couldn't do that for me and offered me a horrible rate, which is shocking since I have a really good credit rating. I was easily willing to switch banks, but he didn't seem to be bothered. I had to pretty much twist his arm for him to even ask his manager if they could match the mortgage rate I was being offered from another major bank. He said he'd get back to me in 3 days, but on the 4th day I had to email him asking if my rate had been approved. Shockingly I received a reply saying he didn't get a chance to ask his manager yet, but he did ask when he saw my email and he said that the manager declined my request. In the end I went to a different branch and secured a better rate I was originally asking for. I just wish I went to a different branch in the first place. I found Rasiklal to be very unprofessional and unwilling to help. Please go to a different branch when dealing with mortgages.

Wendy is suppose to be there mortgage advisors but was one of the most incomplete people I have ever met and ruined potential opportunities for my wife and I for buying a home, giving false information and wasting out time

Went to open an account. The stuff there has bad attitudes. I end up walk out of there.

I was struggling to get a good rate on my mortgage and had a wonderful experience especially because the broker, Raj Subrayam was very friendly, efficient and a customer oriented. He cleared all our doubts as we were purchasing our first home. We also got a better competitive rate. I recommend any folks without any hesitation to approach him for mortgage help even if you encounter any problems qualifying for a mortgage.

I am really tired of waiting on extremely long line ups. I timed my last visit to 25 minutes and I was the 6th person in line. I have walked out on many occasions due to line up and am in one right now 8 people deep and 6 more behind me. Staff is always friendly no problems there. Not sure if it's the customers issues or slow tellers but I am going to switch to another location if it keeps up.
