Absolutely HORRIBLE. Tried to deposit a cheque with a regular release amount but they would not accommodate! Tellers were helpful but the manager was completely unreasonable! She demands that I have to go to TD to certify cheque for $40! I never had to do this at any other branch. NEVER coming back. Considering closing out my rbc account. Worst experience ever.

Seriously, RBC needs to work on their customer service/experience. Especially this branch. The day I was signing up, my mom was waiting in the waiting area for me in the bank and the workers literally kicked her out. Claimed she was loitering. She told them she was waiting for me and that I was with someone inside but they didn't believe her. Later, when I was unhappy with the service I received, I told them I was going to cancel and they shrugged. DON'T sign up with RBC. My experience with another bank is 100% better. The workers at this location are the WORST, so RUDE and NOT HELPFUL. WORST for day to day banking.

Terrible! but this is an understatement. The tellers have no courtesy / manners & do not even know the process the bank has to follow.
One teller cashes your cheque, while the other requires a letter
They have to all be consistent with their policies and not change for people they know versus people they don't!
