Called the Tampa office 4 times, always placed on hold, the last time for 15 minutes, then was hung up on. Then I called the 800 number to Orlando, a Spanish speaking male picked up. I went over why I was calling. Then asked for a loan officer. He said he could not give me one to talk to. Really? On the radio this owner goes on and on how great they are. It's All Bullshit. No customer service, cannot answer the phones correct, no loan officer? What a way to run a business. The crap is always the same with these mortgage brokers.

Working w Dan and Guarenteed Rate was a breeze. I've heard absolute horror stories of dealing w lenders...my experience couldn't have gone any better. Guarenteed rate made my home buying/lending experience so great. Their level of customer service and communication was impeccable. Many late nights I'd email back requested documents/information to the team and within minutes, would get a response from them. They work around the clock and are exception at what they do.

Excellent Customer Service, Superior Knowledge & Expertise defines Avi Mizrahi and his team!
