I have been banking with this branch for so long, they are very friendly and professional. Also got very comparative rate with my mortgage.

The absolute best experience I have ever had In acquiring a mortgage. It was a complete hassle free experience. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This is the worst branche ever! Never seen worse staff and customer service in any financial institution. My wife went to make a tax payment and was told to sign a handwrritten note that says 'rbc is not responsible if payment is made to the wrong account and liable for any resulting penalties'. If she didnt sign it then they will not make the payment and told her to go home and pay online herself. She spent half an hour arguing with the teller and then the manager as, neither of whom had good attitudes, to no avail. That is the most ridiculous thing I've encountered. Completely incompetent bunch of staff who are also unwilling to take any sort of responsibility and should all be fired.

Rory was easy to deal with. He was very flexible and contactable while being patient to our needs. You were always made to feel that you were his priority and you never felt rushed with Rory. He spent the necessary time required to understand our preferences and proof was in the results as we were able to find our ideal home within our price range. Top class customer service!!!!

I have been more than happy for the financial service I received from Mortgage Transit, specially done by Siavash. I found him very professional, reliable and dependable. He did whatever was eligible regarding our new mortgage very accurate and on time. I highly recommend Siavash and Mortgage Transit and I definitely give them business again if I have a chance.

This has got to be one of the worst RBC branches I've ever been to, who runs this place? The tellers are always so slow even though the line is super long, they are always chatting with customers and not doing much work, it really makes people waiting in line extremely frustrated as it shows a lack of respect for people's time. On top of that, the person sitting at the front is never there when I go, and a few of their "financial advisors" are very rude and condescending.
