My experience at Woodhaven nails was extremely poor. During the pedicure, my feet were barely serviced or scrubbed. She avoided looking at my feet at any cost. The chair did not go back and instead of switching me to another seat, I was cramped. Even though I made it clear I needed the seat to go back further. No cuticle remover was used. The water was Luke warm and barely trickled into the bowl. Some tools were sterilized and some were not (nail clippers). I was given to another employee for my nails. He gave me a manicure in a dirty bowl with barely warm tap water. He dipped my hand in and immediately started removing my cuticles. No product was added. After saying my nails were uneven, he swore they weren’t. The polish job was rushed and sloppy. A sparse amount of cuticle oil was placed on my nails and not rubbed in. No lotion was applied. I left with sloppy dusty nails. No one was friendly. The salon was not very clean. Nothing about the experience was luxurious as promised. I would never go here again. I paid $110 ($140 after tip - because I felt obligated, not that the service warranted it) for a pedicure, manicure and full set. I did not get my monies worth.

I have always had a great experience here. They are so kind and do a great job while always taking the time to give you all the extras. I was saddened to see a customer treating one of the nail techs so poorly and they still maintained their composure and tried to give her the best experience. I think a lot of people have forgotten how cool it is to be kind. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone in need of a great mani or pedi.

Lee is an exceptional hair stylist with years of experience. She has a very pleasant and positive personality. Lee is very well informed and knowledgeable which makes for great conversation! She also shows great 👍 attention to detail! It is always a pleasant experience coming here! 😄

The male tech injured my finger and toes with the tools he was using. He was very rough. He didn’t even apologize for hurting me. I waited for over 2 hours. My service was mediocre at best. People with no appointment was serviced before me. I will not be coming back. This was a terrible experience. I typically go to Best Nails in Woodhaven. They are great.

I love this place. No crowds and they speak English to you, NOT about you!

Kate is an amazing hairstylist, I've been going to her for years. She strives to make her clients happy with with every service she provides.

Nice atmosphere and service. But check your bill for proper charges unless the prices have changed but their menu doesn't reflect it.

My Go to nail place. Great strong long lasting acrylic nails it's worth ever penny..The pedicures are worth every penny also. The foot massage and nail maintenance during my pedicure was really good.

This is what my daughter came home with. Her fingers torn up, and a messy polish job. I never leave reviews like this, but this is unacceptable and I feel like they took advantage of my daughter who was too polite to complain. Not worth $50. I should have just done them myself.

So happy! I have had to go to a few places for my nail care due to extremely brittle nails. Kelly's is the first place that has taken the most care, pride and best work where I haven't yet had to return to have a nail (or two, or three) fixed within a week. Or ever. Great work, fair price. Super happy!

It all depends on whom you receive when you go there. I've been a customer of gigis since I was 15 and I've never found the quality of materials and durability anywhere else. I have notice of late that the excellent service depends on who does your nails. Just recently I went and got a mani/pedi for a wedding within a week 2 of my nails on each hand was loose and by week 2 they were all completely gone, besides the pinkies. Now this is the 1st time I've had this experience here, and I've always gotten a+ quality. I still feel and believe this is one of/ if not the best nail salon around but I plan on sticking to the family (mom, daughter,ect) for my nails. Jennifer is the best there and her free style designs are amazing.
