Very knowledgeable staff and Dr. Shin explained in great detail with such a professional manner. Ic! Berlin purchase was one of the best things I have done for my eyes and very happy with its quality and light weight and of course, very distinctive look. Very satisfied as optometrist Dr.Shin is in house and we have access to quality designer opticals.

I have used Dr. Ma's services since 2013 initially recommended by my family doctor, and found her quite knowledgeable , professional and responsible. This year, during a routine eye examination, I was grateful that she found some severe issues in my right eye and made quick referral to specialist. The staff in this clinic are friendly and capable. The secretary at the front desk is multi-lingual. Recently I used their contact lens fitting service where I physically wore a sample contact lens at the required prescriptions to precisely measure my vision power etc, beside learning how to apply/remove it. I am impressed that they have a wide range of sample lens in various powers/brands.

Dr. Dharmine is an amazing optometrist. Very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. I've been coming for the last 4 years and plan to come more. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Bains is such a great friendly lady. I enjoy going for my exams and chatting. The office is very clean and staff is knowledgeable. Not one bad thing to ever say. Thanks guys

I visited 5 eye specialists and Dr. Wong was the only one to find a problem with my eyes after countless other Doctors hinted I was crazy or I need to see a neurologist. Dr. Wong used his special scanning technology that builds a map of the back of my eye and actually showed a dip in where I have a small blind spot. Thank you Dr. Wong!

I saw Dr. Yi in December 2022 and she prescribed me unwearable glasses. I went back to see her in January 2023 to no avail. She told me my distance glasses that I wear to drive are fine, even though I told her it was difficult to read my speedometer. She seemed angry that I was unhappy with my glasses and told me that I should have been charged for my second visit 1 month later AND if I came back again, still not happy with my unwearable glasses that she would charge me for the appointment.
