Dr. Di Nino has been our family optometrist since opening her practice. We appreciate her professionalism, the fact that she listens well and the quality of the frames and lenses she offers. She has always stood behind her products and -- over the years -- has honoured a couple of warranty issues without hesitation. Her office is modern, her reception staff are welcoming and her equipment is up to date. We always feel that our eyes are receiving very good, professional care.

I, Raja Masood Nawaz Khan, a Canadian Senior Citizen, holding OHIP Card # 4016-646-129-KJ, residing at: 6122-A Douguy Blvd. Mississauga, ON L5V 1B3, do hereby state on Solemn affirmation as under: To have an Eye Specialist appointment, I was advised by my family doctor to see any Optometrist, hence on October 1, 2020, I visited Derry Village Optical Store to see the Optometrist doctor Atif Paravaiz and it was my very first visit to their Store. The same day in the afternoon, the said Optometrist Atif examined my eyes and during my eye examination, I told the Optometrist that previously, I have been visiting Prism Eye Institute multiple times and they have my eyes treatment record, hence please refer me to any Eye Specialist at Prism Eye Institute and the Optometrist doctor Atif agreed for that. Great service. Renu, the Optician, is very patient and helpful. No pressure here, just thinking what is best for the customer. I have been to other big names but never received as good an advice and patient discussion as I received from Renu. The Optometrist Dr Theodore Hu is also very good. Even though he has no assistants (like some of the big names), he recognized my issue very quickly as soon as I looked at the eye chart. Thanks Renu and Dr Hu. Parikh

The employees are very friendly and provide amazing service by helping decide on what frame to buy. The lenses get installed very quickly and prices are very family friendly. I’ll defiantly be coming back next year!
