This is the WORST vision center I have ever been to. The only thing they have to offer is bad attitudes and misinformation.

The ladies are excellent here. From helping you select a style that suits you to processing your order. The doctors are fantastic. The orders are ready in record time and when you pick up your glasses the technician guides you in taking care of your glasses and makes sure the glasses fit perfectly.

When getting glasses service was good, when going to get an adjustment after was told to wait 20min. Now i know patience is a good thing however at that point as a customer it felt as though. Well we have 600$ of your money so this free service..meh when we can. Retention not as important.

This is the worst experience I have had in my over 25yrs dealing with this organization at the store I was dealing with Mike hogan who actually called me a liar and verbally swore profanity at me when I told him I did not get anything on my lenses other then the glue he himself put on them to hold the lens in the coating is now separating from the lens this person should not be working with the public his excuse was that he should not be alone working all the hours terrible experience and I will follow up with head office I am very disappointed

Cold called about replacing broken frames with same model. Had them in stock. No appt. In and out in 15 minutes! Awesome service!
