Pooches N' Pals is my favourite salon. One of the things that stands out for me is the professionalism, attentiveness and friendliness of the staff here. They are also very accommodating with requests and I like the open concept layout of the salon. My cocker spaniel mix has been groomed by Tanya, Mel and Adriana and they are all excellent! Highly recommend!

This petsmart is great, the crew working at the hotel and grooming salon really care for my pup. He used to be nervous to go to camp but now he loves it and is always excited to go to the back of the stores especially when his girlfriends are working at the pets hotel 😉

We bought all the fish for my son's community tank here. Great prices, and so far have had great luck with the quality of the fish. We've been here a few times and one staff member was so helpful in choosing the fish combinations that would suit our tank. The arrowanas here are beautiful as well. No tax if you pay cash. Taking a star off though because there's not enough staff to help you when the place is busy (weekends).

Very unhappy about their service. They are only thinking about $$ and not at all about our pets well being. They treated my puppy very bad.

I live this pet store. They always have everything that i need for my dog and cat and they have been super helpful with advice for my yorkie who is getting older ans has some joint issues
