Staff have always been kind and knowledgeable here. They carry some items that other pet stores might not have. My brother brings his dog here for grooming. Overall it is a good store

Ive had a few dogs come in for a grooming and they have had skin issues or no shine to there coat and once i started introducing SoosPets to my clients the fur babies have had allot of these issues minimized or already fixed and now i have got the whole line in my store and will continue to use these products because they are as good as they say. They also sent me the pet perfume to try out and it is amazing at killing any and all odour NOT JUST FOR YOUR PET FRIENDS but for your/fur babies home too. The SoosPets team are showing to be very reliable and Joelle from SoosPets is very professional and respectful and kind which is also why i will continue using SoosPets and recommend the products to anyone who asks. We recently bought 2 bags of Northern Treats: 1 big bag of Northern Peanut Crunch, 1 small bag Northern Pumpkin Pie, both say wheat free and low calorie Vegan. Stay away from these biscuits. Our 6 year old golden lab wouldn't try either biscuits and in fact she turned her face away from the biscuit which she never does. She's not a picky eater at all. She has only once not tried a cookie and they were sold in a cute tin at Henri Bendel in NYC. My Aunt's golden doodle wouldn't try them either. The company will not refund us since they say it's a taste thing. All the good companies and pet stores will give you a full refund if you bring the product back. This company pretends to have good customer service but really it's all a big show. I'm going to go around the neighborhood and offer these biscuits to all the dogs we know and see if a dog actually eats one. We will let you know when the youtube video is posted.

although our dog has NOT been to this location, the lady on the phone was AWESOME! and sooooo knowledgeable! She is so popular that she is booking like 4 weeks from now! Although I hope to be able to meet her in person one day (and maybe have our rescued groomed lol) her customer service was top notch! Would totally recommend her to anyone! - and the fact that she recommended another groomer was just lovely! No groomer wars here! Just a sisterhood of groomers :-)

Favourite place to shop for my VERY finicky pusscats! Great selection of both hard and canned food, not mention treats and toys.

Absolutely wonderful groomer. I went to see Eggie for the first time today and got my two little yorkipoos bathed, blow-dried, and trimmed! We've had bad experiences with groomers in the past, but Eggie is thoughtful, polite, and respectful of my dogs' boundaries. They came out looking gorgeous and feeling relaxed. The cages Eggie uses are spacious and she only has about four of them. Her love for dogs is truly evident, and I am so grateful to have found such a great dog groomer. We are very satisfied, and have already booked another appointment.

I bought my green cheek conure from here and the staff were very nice and knowledgeable about their animals, and the prices were reasonable!

We had purchased a product that was defective. I called the company and with only one phone call, the cost of the dog treats was reimbursed. Great customer service like that is so unusual that it caught us completely by surprise. I would not hesitate to purchase items from this company again. My dog stayed here for 10 days, consistently sent us pictures and updates to make us feel comfortable during his stay, very friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone who prefers cage-free boarding.
