Not only professional, but incredibly friendly. Pamela frequently watches my cat (Schmoo) when I go away, I would not trust another soul. My cat is extremely frightened, and shy. But Pamela knows exactly how to handle her, she is patient with her, and got to know her, so now they have a bond, which is important to me. I'm away at least 1 weekend a month, and I know Schmoo is in excellent hands.

We've known Olivia for 3 years now. First time we met Olivia we needed someone for 3 weeks, the person who was suppose to stay with our little guys backed out suddenly and we were stuck. Had a European trip planned for 2 years and was prepared to cancel as we weren't going to board our furry family. Started to Goolge and there popped up Olivia's website, read the reviews, sent an email and the rest is history. Olivia loves animals as much as we do. She's responsible, caring and all around an exceptional person. Our Ben who we had to sadly put down 5 months ago had congestive heart failure, Olivia was completely comfortable giving the 3 meds every 12 hours, as well as taking care of our house. Getting updates every 3 days or so with videos and pictures was a bonus. Just recently we had Olivia sit but she couldn't do the complete 12 days, so she asked if she could have one of her associates come and stay for the remainder of the time, Olivia introduced us to Kenny. Well Olivia obviously has very high standards because Kenny was absolutely phenomenal. We wouldn't hesitate to have Kenny stay again, he was awesome!! We're very proud of how far Olivia's come. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our pets or home. 5 star rating I agree is not nearly enough. Should be 10 stars!!!
