Pet

Best place for my dog, and she comes out looking fresh and happy :)

They are kind to the Dogs. I like that you can see everything - no taking dogs into a back room. Prices are reasonable and the Friday dental hygiene appointments are a nice option.

Staff so helpful and I like their reward program. Unique selection of scratching posts.

Love this place , they take a good care of dogs

Great little shop. Super friendly staff, always well stocked, and great location for downtown pet food shopping.

They have everything here, and you can usually find knowledgeable staff...though be careful, not all of the staff have knowledge to match their enthusiasm. Still, with their advice I got a large (40gal) fish tank healthy and alive for six weeks (and hatched new fish). I am a first timer and many things could have gone wrong, but the Petsmart staff gave me all the information and fish junk I needed.

After moved out from Kits started to come every time to this location. Always picking up 24 cans variety and always ask for a carton box (spare and empty one) to carry it home. Staff is always nice but today was told that there are no boxes and got offered a plastic bag instead which got torn in 3 min as I walked out of the store. If I knew such new "policy" is in place I'd take a tote with me. Upsetting.

Friendly service and reasonable prices.

Great local business with friendly, caring staff and excellent services including dental and grooming. We’ve been going since they opened and never been disappointed. They know my pup and she always comes out happy and looking fabulous.

Go in and get your dog's nails clipped by David. $15, great with the dogs AND the money goes to local charities.

Best selection of raw cat and dog food in the lower mainland and at an affordable price point! Knowledgable staff, good customer service

Fernanda was on time and very pleasant. She both cleaned my dogs ears and gave my cat a lions cut! She did a thorough job and did her best to make sure my animals were comfortable ( even when my cat was trying to escape as all cats would). The mobile van was very clean inside. She notified us that our cat had some fleas which we really appreciated because the same day we could go buy flea treatment! I realized after that I should have given her a tip and I feel bad about this!! She didnt mention anything which shows her professionalism and humble nature - next time I will give you a tip! Sorry about that! And thanks for taking care of my cat and dog :)

Great service!

So far so good. One daycare and a two night overnight. Staff is great. Seem quite organised.

Super great staff, better prices than bosley's and fresh made treats.

They have my cat food, which is tricky to find in the burbs..

Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the dog wash. My dog hates baths so its perfect for when she rolls in stuff.

Fantastic customer service and great perks for your pet. Highly recommend

Alex is an amazing groomer and you can tell he really loves his work!

Great Job!! I took my 6 month old puppy for her first hair cut to Paw Spaw, she felt comfortable there right away. They have a very clean and friendly environment, I felt confident to leave my puppy there! I will definatley recommend Paw Spaw . Nathan and Joule
