Pet

Thank you so much! (Muffin)

Tammy is extremely gentle and kind to all animals. She's taken care of my dog and cat for the past five years. And, my cat is "very selective" to whom she'll give affection. Tammy won the cat's heart immediately. Tammy has had a wonderful relationship with my dog since puppy hood. And, they've had a great and fun time together during the hikes and overnights. Not to mention play time with my dog's many friends. I highly RECOMMEND Tammy. She's a wonderful dependable person and true animal lover!

Very friendly and professional, nice! our dog Rikku loved the place!

Friendly staff and good prices on quality canned cat food. The brand I buy (FirstMate) is cheaper here than Bosley and Tisol.

The owner is super nice and very helpful. Would recommend it, I got a discount and a coupon for the next time!

Love, love, love this store! Great service and amazing selection of raw dog food. Super friendly family run business. My dog Jasper is so excited she runs from the car to get her favorite treats. Thanks!

We love this place. The owner is friendly and loving with our dog.

Great place and Great service ! Judy is super passionate about her work and I have been taking my pom to her for almost 2 years and each time, her work amazes me. I live in Richmond but I still make the drive to go see her even though there are a number of grooming services in my area.

So far has the best facility for washing dog compare with other Bosley. Strong water.

Super friendly staff. Always knowledgable.

I have a cat and a fish and I could find everything I need in this shop. Every staff is helpful and knowledgeable of different kinds of pets.

The facility is great. My dog really enjoyed himself and didn't seem to want to leave.

we have only brought in our dog 2x but we will continue going there friendly service!

The grooming is pretty good but think twice for the dog boarding service provided by her partner! A customer's dog ran out from their back opened door, then the poor dog ended up killed by car(s). This unfortunate incident was broadcasted in Chinese media on 10th July 2017 in ‘26 minutes Magazine” by Fairchild TV. It is actually NOT the first time! Another dog got lost by her in dog walking as well. Poor Maya and Mantau.. Even worse, she takes customer's dogs to dog parks, which is proven the worst idea by all dog trainers. She is a liar! When accidents happen, she denies and makes up stories to cover it up! Since she does great jobs in hiding her faults, nobody know exactly how many dogs she has hurt, lost and killed in total! Good job, Angela! Take your risk if you leave your dogs there longer than a day!

RC Pets makes excellent pet products and it's also a fantastic place to work!

nice

They have been one of our first and our favourite distributors since 2010. Speedy orders, service, and great sales reps.

This place is amazing. I have a really small dog, who’s so small, he requires a special size harness that I can only buy at this place. I had to replace his harness as his was chewed and the snap clip broke as well, I called them to see if they had them in stock. They did so I went in to pick it up and the woman there was SO helpful. Not only did we discover that my dogs size was even smaller than the harness we had previously spoken about, she got the proper size, and she adjusted it for my little guy. I was looking at their toothbrushes and mentioned how I was having trouble brushing his teeth, can anyone relate?... lol... and she gave me a very quick tip that I just tried out and it had me brushing my dogs teeth within 5 mins! He would previously pack his head away and snap at me or his mom before! I’d recommend this place because they just have great ideas and solutions. Thank you again! Zen
