Plumbing

I can not say enough good things about this company. I was in a real bind and needed some gas pipes replaced. They came out the same day, Paul the plumber was professional and did a fantastic job. They earned a new loyal customer today.

Showed up on time. Knew what to do. Fixed my problem. Reasonable price just as quoted. Will definitely use Imperial for my next pluming problem.

We had an after hours emergency and called them purely because their name popped up first on google. Thankfully we got very lucky as they were incredibly professional, reasonably priced and took care of everything in one day. I wouldn't call anyone else!

Dont come here with 53foot trailer u wont fit

Lots of options in showroom. Very knowledgeable. Was able to custom build shower very easily.

Opened the rear for me on a Saturday to get me the rubber pipe couplings I needed. Tom is the man! Nowhere else in town was even open.

Evan is great! Super maintenance call today ... been wonderful customer service whether planned visit or in emergency... thanks again !!

I have never met such nice people. The owner Doug is an extraordinary man. We live in Powhatan in a 3 year old house. Our hot water heater kept having sensor problems. Last year Doug came out and fixed it on a Saturday. My wife sat down and had coffee with this nice man. I trust this guy 100 percent. We had the same issue on Friday, he sent a guy out Saturday, but we needed a new sensor. He sent a guy this morning, Sunday and they fixed it. He did not charge us the after hours huge fees that other companies charge. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thanks and God bless!
