Love the quality and convenience. Food is always good. Service has improved over time and has turned into a great location.

Very nice establishment the owners are great people love the food go there quite a bit. Will recommend it to anybody will not be disappointed.

Love spending the mornings here with this WWII vet, which happens to be my wife's grandpa. They treat him like a VIP here and for that I'm very grateful. You ever stop by here you'll see him every morning at 930.

Heading out of home up north I pulled into in-n-out to get a burger and the line was so long it looped around the building so I left planning to eat in Wickenburg instead. As I left the lot I saw the bagel and deli sign so I went in to try it. Torn between a hot pastrami or a egg bagel with lox I decided on the bagel sandwich. It came stuffed with lox, enough onion, and a few capers. The lox is decent but I'm sure packaged, and the bagel was slightly over toasted but I prefer mine not toasted at all. I still enjoyed it and for the price I was surprised how stuffed it was. The cream cheese was a bit thin and runny but ill blame the toasted bagel this time. I would return but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. I was really turned off at the high use of the microwave. They don't even try to hide it. It's not everything but too much. It may be do to the high amount of business their doing with such limited space. It would totally trigger Gordon Ramsay. They're very busy and it's a great place to people watch or strike up a conversation with a stranger. I love both and it totally had that going for it. The cashier appeared to be the daughter and was very welcoming! If you order a sandwich or such you can add on a drink and bag of Lays for $.75. Ice tea was fresh. My meal was worth the price and priced very fairly. Not gouging like other delis and bagel places around. 4 stars from me!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! More like it's non existent here. Specially a young white kid (didn't catch his name) he wears glasses and has tons of acne. Anyway he didn't even say hello, how can I help you? I had to start ordering so he could acknowledge me. The whole order was a mess he didn't get it right and when I tried saying it again he kept adding to it and trying to charge additional items until I got very frustrated and not once did he apologize or try to make things better he just stared at me like I was wasting his time or something. I asked if there was a manager and instead of saying " No, I'm sorry is there anything I can do?" ( like a normal person) he just said "nope" and had an attitude! No one was behind me, long story short I decided to cancel my order but he had already ran my card so another young girl came out to "refund" me the money and said it would go back to my card in 2 days. It has been about 10 days and no money! Honestly I don't think she did anything but I don't feel like fighting them about it. My point is their customer service or even decent human courtesy is horrible and they seemed like they rather loose customers than god forbid be nice!! If I could leave 0 stars, I would!!

Anybody else feel like Chipotles everywhere need more seating? Its not terrible, but kind of annoying.

Really good food, if you've ever been to Cafe Rio you know what to expect. When I went I got the dregs of the sweet pork and had to order a second portion to get any meat is the reason it was a four star review rather than 5.

Ok this is the unseen jem the pizza is great and not alot of people know about it but the people are nice and the food is relly good like there wings Ect.

The food is good if your looking for burgers. The cashier was very rude and inpatient, which was surprising since my kids and I were the only people up there. You would have thought there was a line out the door. Probably will not be returning.

Everytime I order a baconator ( the one with the thick patties) they constantly give me the jr version with the little patties. Im tired of paying full price to not get the food i ordered. It takes so long to make the food that im halfway through my lunch break by the time i sit down and i dont have time to have them make now food. Do it right please.

We really enjoyed this little place. Salads are an excellent gluten free option. Some sun places don't have good gf options, but this one does. Salad comes in very generous portions. Sandwiches were good to. We had a choice between Firehouse and Subway. In choosing Firehouse, we made the right choice.

Friendly staff. Great pizza, good selection of menu items. Easy to get in and out of off Cave Creek road.

I had the Truffle Brie Burger with sweet potato fries and my wife had the Angus Bacon Burger on onion bun with Truffle fries. Someone had said the burger looked and tasted like a McDonald's frozen burger. Frokm the picture I took of my wife's meal it certainly did not look at all like that. (I was too hungry for pics). The new ownership is on point and I'll be more than happy to go here again!

Have eaten here many times. Wide variety of dishes. Food is always excellent.

I sat at the bar, the service was good. I am a vegetarian, and they discontinued the tempura vegetables, so that was disappointing. This restaurant is located on the J.W. Marriot Resort. When you walk in the front, you can take the stairs or elevator down, and the restaurant is on your right.

Consistanly good with very friendly staff. Highly recommend the honey bran muffins with any breakfast. Sooooo good. Wish we had a mimis in MN where we live.

Had a late lunch there. It was great. Root beer ribs were a great appetizer and their take on a stromboli (pandini I think). Was light on bread and heavy on meat and cheese. Nice place that I will visit again when in the area.

We went in for Mother's Day lunch. It was super busy. The food was really taste. The service was attentive but not bothersome.

Consistently delicious burgers with gluten free buns option +$1. Quick service and happy employees.
