On Sunday march 25th I had the worst experience at Pizza Hut in Laveen Arizona . My fiancé submitted an order online and paid for it when I arrived to pick up the order and gave them her name they said I had to pay for the order so i did thinking maybe she didn’t online when I i was handed he food and looked at the receipt it was a totally different name they gave me an attitude when I brought it up to them . Someone else went to refund my card I’m thinking it was the manager not once did they apologize for the mistake everyone coming in was offered napkins, peppers , cheese etc but me . I would not recommend this pizza place in Laveen az I recommend people in Laveen az to visit dominos and Barros pizza they have great customer service !

Tried to order on line, when I tried to put in special instructions it would only let me put in a few letters. I tried calling no one picked up the phone. I went to the store some of my food was not ready at the same time the others were and it was cold when I got home. :(

Went in around 2:45 pm there was only one worker and one person ahead of me, with a pizza being prepared. I waited until 3:14 for my 1 pizza and it was prepared sloppy. I was very disappointed.

My husband & I buy subway from here once in a bluemoon when we are done shopping at Walmart & well every time we do go there the staff is not friendly at all. They don't greet you, never smile & can sometimes mess up a simple sandwich.

Every bit the hole in the wall place the previous reviews have said it is, but the service was fast and the food was better than most and for a great price. I had the beef enchiladas and chicken soft tacos. Was very happy with both. I walked to Carolina's from the hotel area by the stadiums (about 2.1 miles) and feel like it was worth the walk. A good portion of this walk is through an industrial area, scrap yards and machine shops, so if that sort of thing puts you on edge, maybe catch a ride. The restaurant itself is in more of a neighborhood.
