Restaurant

Food is always great. I love that i brag to my family and friends and this place doesn't let me down.

This is my favorite Rubio's. The staff is friendly, the establishment is always clean and they have good lunch specials everyday of the work week. Parking is usually pretty busy but other than that it's great.

So I have been to a few different Karen’s and I just think there food is sooooo bad it’s bland. The guac has noooooo flavor and the surf and turf burrito had so much guac. I’ve tired giving the restaurant more chances but I must say I love mariscos and being in sounthern Cali you can find amazing quality for waaay cheaper and that’s so much more flavor. I just wouldn’t go back anymore I think ppl really go cuz of the staff although they are very pretty it’s not enough to go eat bad food.

I wish they would serve less and do a better job rather than have so much to chooses from but not do anything well

Great food and nice place to have a nice dinner. I love their fresh baked bread!

While waiting for our meals that did not come out. Our waiter and store hostess were in plain view acting out passionately. Brought to store manager. He said he knew the 2 I was referring g to. Still no dinner for my wife. They forgot to put order in. We received no comp, no nothing g. Paid bill and left. Not happy and what used to be a good place to dine was disappointing

Fast service, sushi tasted great, professional staff, clean venue. Very pleased!

Great food, awesome customer service, clean bathrooms, and awesome little side bar for no additional fee!

Great place to hold a meeting in a private room. Good food at budget prices, and good service.

Very good service and taste.

Awesome service. Amazing staff. Delicious food and drinks Thank you for a beautiful experience

I love Panda! Who doesn't? Pro, Food has been fresh the dozens of times i go year around. Most of the time FRESH, Delicious, clean and always stock. Con's, Some staff lack training on customer service or Service Skills. Example. If your Customer say's " I WILL WAIT until you make FRESH Orange Chicken or Chow Mien," - and when it comes out the Employee Piles on the OLD Food that's been sitting there soggy on the Fresh ONE that is not acceptable" Honestly i have seen this and have experience this many times. Fresh mean = NEW, Not the old food that's been sitting there for a while. Also when customers kindly have to ask you for Sauce or Egg rolls at the end instead of the other way around. Then someone is dropping the ball. Overall this place is fine and just always want to double check your order. (Update,Still making the same mistakes a year later ).

The food and service were excellent! I can't say enough. My daughter had the stuffed shrimp! I had Chicken Marsala! Primo

Loved it the curry katsu and the ramen noodles were delicious. 😋

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE CHANSE IS SO NICE!

Love this place! Great food!

really a very bad customer service. Ask the cashier if the burger are 2 for 6. She said yes. I order 3 western and 1 jalapeño . She charged me two burgers for 6 dollars . But the other two regular price. Ask for adjustment. She said I already paid. Always ask before you pay . Very bad customer service for this Location. Won't recommend it.👎👎👎👎👎
