Firebirds is THE go to dining experience in Ballantyne. Arguably, firebirds is even amongst the best restaurant experience in Charlotte. I have been eating here regularly for two years and have found a fine taste for their wood grilled salmon and Alex’s Lemonade.
Anything you get from Firebirds will be prepared with an attention to detail that really ensures high quality. Their staff members are great. Although, be prepared for some inexperienced employees working the front desk. I think it’s a great first job for many of them, and they do a great job, but you can tell it’s that “first job.” Still an overall good experience nevertheless.

Hands down the very best pizza in Charlotte!! they have taken something so unassuming like pizza and turned it into a very special treat, it is a must stop destination for my family and I anytime we travel to the coast or my son has gotten good grades in school and wants a reward! there always a little busy but so very fast at service there's almost never a wait .....my family loves Tony's Pizza!!

Always great service at this location. My favorite go-to lunch is the Big Deal: sandwich, side, & drink. Sometimes I go just for the salad bar because they always have some of the best ranch dressing around! The redneck egg rolls are a great choice for appetizer and the banana pudding is fantastic. Easy to get in and out as well.

Food was reasonably priced for the quality and I enjoyed it. Employees were underwhelming. Female bartender had an edge to her. Customer was complaining about not getting service on the patio and she didn't seem to care, in fact said "whatever" after he walked away. She was just not professional. I said thanks at the front door when I left and they said nothing as I walked out. Just not all that friendly. Culture just not that great. Too many Mexican restaurants in the world to not have great or even decent service.

This place was awesome. Walked in at 2pm on a Thurs and it was packed! Guess that indicates a great place. We ordered 4 standard sushi rolls to go ($5 each: California, Philly, Sweet Potato, and Veggie) and they were fantastic. They packed plenty of soy sauce, chopsticks, and wasabi with ginger. I highly recommend this spot!

Due to our busy schedule and short stay we did not have an opportunity to have lunch or dinner at Oscar's but the breakfast buffet was excellent. There was much to choose from.
Our waitress Erica was very professional. She was pleasant and made sure we had every we would need from beverages to condiments. THANKS AGAIN ERICA.
The restaurant is clean. You will enjoy the meal with your family, as a couple, or solo. It has a very nice atmosphere. We are definitely plan to go back.
