Called to place my order for carryout 75 minutes prior to receiving my order ..1 large pizza. Upon arrival, Pizza hut was having technical difficulties with not being able to bump through orders. My order was not showing up on screen. After talking to mgmt and getting nowhere in this process one of the employees who clocked in early (told by mgr to clock in early due to multiple issues) recommended for me to do another order..no problem...waited 40 mins following that order before my food was ready. I watched 3 people ask for their $ back as they were waiting for an extensive time too. Manager was rude to me and everyone else who had complained. After that experience, I want some sort of compensation to make it worth ordering from the lynnhaven location again.

Came on a Saturday late afternoon turned into Almost 9pm since we found out their happy hour was til 9....nice chill spot...pretty spacious inside and Great service! The DJ was starting @9 but we were leaving...a mix of young and older crowd...I plan on going again

The food is always great. However, management needs a better system. The cashier should take orders and not have to step in to put entire orders together causing patrons to wait and order or even some left because of the wait.

I could not agree more with all of the posts I have seen before mine concerning the quality of the food for the Sunday, Mother's Day Brunch--it was lukewarm at best--with some of the servings actually cold! Incredibly over-priced at $49.95 given the quality of the meal served! To make matters even worse, I was overcharged +$300 on my card and it is STILL unresolved...a full three days later, and I understand this may have happened to several other people as well! As it stands right now, I do not ever plan to dine there again.

Average service and food is average. Environment for watching any sporting event is great. Good overall for watching games w friends or family, If you want better food than go to a sports bar that focuses on that.

Excellent General Tso's chicken w white rice specialty, Singapore Mei Fun w/ curry sauce, Beef lumpia was different than other restaurants. Wasn't expecting them to have cabbage in them. Still very well worth it along with the fried dumplings. Awesome job.

I got old fries. Service was confused, and finally realized I was there to order... Because of the distractions, I had to order honey mustard separately, and the facial expression on the man taking my additional payment for honey mustard made me feel unwelcome. Perception is reality.
