Ocean View Fishing Pier Restaurant
400 W Ocean View Ave, Norfolk, Virginia, 23503, United States
Best restaurant I have ever been to! Been here two nights in a row and the service was phenomenal, food was superb, the view was exhilarating and the cleanliness was amazing! Eating dinner with the people you love while watching the sunset, what more could you ask for?!? By the way on April 30 I believe her name was Kate, she was super nice and all of the other servers continued to assist each other! Tonight we had a Filipino girl, she was awesome as well!!!

When I walked in I was greeted with a huge smile . Andrea was very patient with me not knowing what it was I wanted . She then made a suggestion and I was sold. I was so sold after visiting the African hair braiding shop I came back with my son. And to my surprise guess who was still there to greet us. ANDREA she is your super star!!!!!!

This, in my estimation, is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. I love their Singapore Chow Mei Fun and hot and sour soup. The service is great and fast. You'll be hard pressed to find a better restraunt amoung its peers.

Just went thru your DT and had a great experience. The cashier Sheniece was super, very friendly and made you feel welcomed! Young lady handing out the orders was extremely pleasant as well. Was there yesterday and my experience was horrible. Cashier did not look at you while taking your money or handing back your card. Just rude! Young man at the second window took food outside to a car, then got on his phone while my order was at the window. When he got to the window i asked him is that my order he then hands it to me. Which is all cold now, potato skin hard ad a rock.
But today great!!!

We used to go here a lot when they first opened but the service has gone down hill. The last time thru the drive thru,I was trying to place my order and the cashier kept interrupting me so it took forever to order. She acted like because I was ordering 4 meals(all the same except 1 had coffee instead of oJ) I was ordering a huge amount of food and she tried to short me 1 meal.I ended up parking and going back in ,the manager had to look through my whole order before she would give me my other meal. The manager was rude.I finally said just give me my money back.It took 20 minutes for that fiasco and I was angry,My husband has ordered food there but until they get new workers and new management not me.
