This place is effectively managed compared to both MacDonald's near my house. Food is fast, fresh and in stock. No waiting.
Ruby Tuesday
2757 Godwin Blvd, Suffolk, Virginia, 23434, United States
The food was on point! Hat's off to the cooks at Ruby Tuesday, my sister's birthday dinner was great because of you. Now the needs improvement goes to the servers. Remember to comeback and check on your table, clear your table and not judge a book by its cover. You missed your tip working the tables around us as if we were not there. We didn't get water, refills or a thanks for coming. #Rememberpeoplegivegenerouslyforwhattheyget.

Kid behind the counter in the black hat was the nicest person I have seen working with the public in years, and this was on St. Patrick's Day night when most employees feel like enjoying the festivities. I was VERY impressed and will return to this location every chance I get. Thank you to your management and amazing employees!

This location has a nice outdoor eating area but still within the restaurant. Bring a crowd when you come everyone will enjoy. Well we have been to other locations this location is very good as far as food and service.

Ok... I really like their food and I will continue going here but these people need to seriously work on their customer service skills... or just get some skills cause they have ZERO! I walk up to the counter and the little girl who takes my order says not one word to me every time and always roles her eyes when I ask for chop sticks. Today she reached for my credit card after I gave her my order and I asked what the total was twice then she said the total amount in a frustrated tone. Like really...? Ok I’m off my soap box now.
Eddys Express Restaurant

I ordered shrimp egg rolls and veggie: egg foo young, chow mein, and pancit. All of it was packed full of a variety of veggies, much more than other places and the egg rolls weren't greasy. The first time the driver came the egg rolls and gravy for the egg foo were left out. When i called the ladies i spoke to were real nice and apologetic and the driver came right back out. Best Chinese dinner I've had in a long time.
Pizza Hut

I just ordered from here, I usually do not order from Pizza Hut but its raining so I decided to order pizza for my kids. I ordered 2 medium pizza, they came in backwards, I ordered a regular crust cheese and a thin crust with chicken and onion, I received the toppings on the regular crust instead of the thin crust. I also ordered a cookie, They did not deliver that, I had to call, they offered me store credit or to deliver the cookie in 1hr50mins..... So I have to wait 2 hours to get something they forgot to delivery, getting my cc credited was not an option!!! Ridiculous. Plus the pizza does not taste good. I will not order from here again!!!! The delivery guy was nice that is the only reason they get 1 star. This place sucks!

Great food! Great service! The owner or manager was cursing at his staff...please don't do that it's off putting. You have some really sweet girls working here.
Vietnam 81 Vietnamese Restaurant

This resturant is horrible. If it wasnt for the food i would have given it a 1. The people at the drive through constantly ask is that it instead of is there anything else i can get for you before your even done with your order. Then they forget food or straws for your drinks. Its like a constant reminder.
Arby's
4900 George Washington Hwy, Portsmouth, Virginia, 23702, United States
The server was rude when she saw we were Hispanic. She never said you're welcome . Never smiled. Our food was cold . The jalapeno poppers were the only thing hot and delicious. The chicken strips tasted like wood, and just as hard, and dry as the desert. Curly fries were cold and hard. I will never go to Arbys on George Washington Hwy again, because they're racist.
China Moon Chinese Restaurant
4816 George Washington Hwy, Portsmouth, Virginia, 23702, United States
I come here all the time for lunch. It is your typical Chinese food place. Never had a bad meal there. Buffalo wings are pretty hot. Teriyaki sticks are awesome. I usually get the chicken lo mein lunch special. It's too much for me to eat and it comes with fried rice and a soda all for only $6.49. And they do the "buy 7, get one free" lunch specials. The staff is nice. The food comes out quick and tastes good. I would reccomend China Moon to anyone looking for a descent place to grab some quick Chinese food.
Wendy's
1524 Sam's Cir, Chesapeake, Virginia, 23320, United States
The employees definitely are not like Chickfila's employees. They seemed very unhappy and were lacking customer service skills (no greeting, no smiles, no upbeat personality) But my order was hot and accurate to say the least. If I'm forking over $30 for some fast food, at least make me feel good about it. 🤷🏻♀️

Just down for a visit to the beach and decided to stop by this wonderful diner! Kids eat free and the shrimp and grits was on point! All the food was wonderful and the kids meals were adult size portions! We will make a point to visit this place every time we are down this way. Also a very friendly staff!
