Drive thru ordering was harder than algebra here - repeating and repeating to get it right. A meal was completely left off the order so we had to return again - only option we could find for fast food but won't return next time.

Food is better than other fast food restaurants

Beyond slow . 25 minutes waiting in line for order inside the restaurant . Then finly asking for my money back to go else where . The manager was confused as yo why even though he could see the building line and tables waiting for orders . Wrongcorders were handed yo people . When I was asking the manager more than 3 times for my money I would just go else where my order arrived . My husband's meal was on the tray mine was not , I had paid for it and it was still on the order screen and he asked me just what was a missing from the order while looking at it and reading the screen .4 times he asked what was wrong with my order . I ended up almost yelling it and demanding my cash . The look on several other customers face was one of good for you and I'm next . Went to the mall and had A&W there . Food was hot and served in 5 min . Drive through is an unmitigated joke. 1 star just so I could post this otherwise 00"s . Been using this A& W for almost 20 years and all it new renovations have left it useless for food service apparently. Not just one bad service experience , too many in recent times to count . Not going back . Food is only conveinat after work no good enough to experience this . Oh and we were not even in the drive through lane we went indoors to sit down .

Could not find & I don't know if it is a place

The food was great....so yummy...wish we'd had room for dessert. The dessert menu is enticing and all home made. Our experience was really lovely would totally recommend this wonderful family-friendly place. The service was quick and friendly. Overall was impressed with the entire visit as it was our first visit...we will definitely be back to try more of the menu and next time we'll bring our 3 children. We give it 5 well deserved stars.

Great service. Nice range of menu items. Pleasing atmosphere. First visit for our group of 9 and all said they would go back.

A&W north of Ladysmith is not always on our go to list when driving down to Victoria. Great food and great service.

Fantastic meal with great service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The Wednesday multi course meal is one of my favorites.

Picked up dinner tonight and was extremely disappointed. Staff was friendly but when I got home and sat down to eat the bacon was raw (sub was toasted)and the sub was extremely soggy. I live 3 mins drive away.

Price is great, people are fantastic and food is really good! Daily buffet at a great price. The restaurant is in the old bowling lanes building right behind the post office in case you don't immediately see it.

Really tasty food, fantastic tequila, and good atmosphere. There was a really good musician there too.

I LOVE THEIR CINNAMON SWIRL PANCAKESSSSS!! I can only ever eat one because they're like dessert for me but I've never had troubles with the staff accommodating that for me. I enjoy the quick service and the delicious food. Usually pretty quiet at night time which makes it a great place to take a toddler who has found his voice but hasn't distinguished inside and outside voices 😉

Best pizza in the south end of nanaimo
